Brady and his team are incredibly talented, responsive, and competent, and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Brady served as our mortgage broker for both a refinance and a new home purchase, and he made what can normally be very painful processes easy. CA (and a lot of other places) almost necessitate not having contingencies in your offer to be competitive, which can be nerve wracking, but we were in good hands with Brady. There was also some delay on our end that had to do with bank bureaucracy, but Brady and his team picked up the slack and got the lender to fund our loan in record time.
