He also sent us very clear instructions on his requests and what to expect regarding next steps. Joey is all that you can ask for in a mortgage broker. He was extremely knowledgeable about lenders and their requirements, he steered us toward the right loan package for us, got us through the loan process quickly and successfully and was always responsive, prompt, accessible and accurate in answering our questions and helping us through the loan process. I also could not imagine a more personable and friendly partner for obtaining a home mortgage.

In addition to getting us a great rate on our loan, Joey was amazing to work with. To bid on our home, we had to pre-approved for our loan in under 24 hours. Joey made that happen, staying late and responding to phone calls well into the evening. From those initial frenzied moments through closing and funding our loan 25 days later, Joey communicated clearly and was highly responsive to all of our questions.
