Jeremy Williams was absolutely outstanding to deal with from my approval all the way to closing. He made everything extremely easy to deal with. I loved how friendly and punctual he was. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way I was able to understand. Jeremy was very helpful and I never felt pushed into anything. He truly worked for me and, it was a relief knowing he had my best interest at all times. The paperwork was also extremely easy to deal with and it was even noticed by the notary how thorough he was. As first time home buyers we were very nervous as we didn’t know the first thing about purchasing a home. We had gone to our credit union and a bank for help with our home loan and these institutions made it very clear that there wasn’t much they could do to assist us. Jeremy helped me and my husband refinance our home, the process was a lot easier than we had anticipated thanks to him. Before starting the process we came in with a bunch of questions. Not only did Jeremy answered them in complete detail, but he explained everything in a "finance language" we could understand. He was not pushy at all, he suggested we wait a month to get our credit score up and get a better rate on our loan. His suggestion helped a lot! This shows he keeps his clients best interest at heart. I had to go out of town unexpectedly and Jeremy was able to accommodate a notary to come to my home in time to close the deal. I threw many curve balls at him but he remained positive and reassured us everything would be fine.
