Jay and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. We found the house of our dreams while do an out of state search. We came into town and found out the delayed move out date the sellers needed was going to prove to be a challenge from a financing perspective. Jay, however, worked late on a Friday night and by morning had made the arrangements needed to make it work. He also provided everything the sellers needed to prove we were strong buyers. With Jay’s fantastic coordination with our realtor we learned we won the house as were were driving back to the airport after our house hunting weekend. We were thrilled!!!
