I had the pleasure of speaking with Gloria Bridges today. I was upset due to issues with jobs and income. State Farm is the best insurance company I've ever had the pleasure of being part of. They are always available to help with any situation and its taken care of right away, depending on the situation. Ms. Bridges was happy and very understanding about my situation, you could hear it in her voice. She explained everything that I needed to know without a single sigh that I was rambling on, (her nerves). Thank you Ms Gloria. Today I called & inquired about the drive safe discount program & I was greeted properly, the service was fast & easy, all of my questions were answered. Much appreciated, 5 stars for me. I’m so happy I chose the office of James Brown with State Farm for my family’s auto insurance needs. Leaving Geico in our rear view mirror was a turn in the right direction for us. Each time I speak to a representative I feel I’m important to them. Today Tara Jenkins was my agent and with all my questions answered, I arrived home from my commute with a sigh of relief. 😉

I just want to say if you can find another insurance provider then please do!! The customer service from managers here are horrible! I was sent a beacon to set up for the discounted rate for drivers and they took almost a month to change over to correct car. When I called for two weeks straight they told me they will not change the price due to the mix up on their end and the long process. My uncle died two weeks ago and I have been traveling in and out of state. Apparently I missed their email to set up the beacon and they tried to charge me double. When I asked for a manager it took them two days to call me. And when Elmira finally did she had the worst attitude. When I tried to explain to her she said there is nothing she can do because they sent me an email!! They didn’t call they sent a email like I don’t get 300 plus a day from scams and advertisements. When I tried to ask for other solutions she gave me none. I asked why is she not being understanding to me or trying to help and she said she’s been there 17 years and she can do what she want to do. I told her to cancel my insurance coverage and she threatened me to say DMV will fine me and I need to just pay my amount and stay with them. This is very unprofessional and I hope someone really talks to this lady and teach her polite customer service. I do not recommend ANYONE to go here!! Progressive is better and more friendly!!

Her expertise in her field really shows. I had a extremely pleasant and easy experience working with her. She really took the time to explain things to me and made sure I understood what she was doing. I usually don’t do reviews but I had to do a review for Julie because she is truly amazing at what she does! Again, thank you Julie for all your help and time you devoted to helping solve my issue. Kelly was an awesome person to work with. She was patient, kind, very professional, and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to get my questions answered and found the best solution for my situation. Ms. Kelly W. has all of these qualities and more! She is the main reason why I haven't relocated to another office because at one point, I was close to doing so.
