We used Cynthia to purchase our new car and she was awesome! Very good salesman etiquette, not too pushy but right there for any questions. She worked with us to find the perfect vehicle for us and was so patient as well as helpful with our crazy 2 year old haha! HIGHLY recommend her for anyone needing a new car. I went in there in march to purchase a car after sitting in there for almost 6 hours and putting down a 3,000 dollar deposit i left with a nice car ,how ever after i signed i saw that the slid in a extra 500 dollars in which it told them that 3,000 is all that i had to spend . they are very sneaky ... secondly i was told everything on my car was replaced and new however 2 months in my car is telling me i need new brakes as well as tires , i have too keep putting air in them, thirdly once my tags were expired i called them for 3 weeks trying to get thee title /lein for my car to get new tags i have left several messages and still have not gotten a return phone call .they should know how it feels to walk around with expired tags smh.i thought i was excited to purchase and have my first car this is the worst car experience ever !

Mohammad , and the sales manager both tried to sale me a car that was and still is advertised online for 25,900. in which I was pre-approved from my bank for the online price once I was approved they changed the vehicle price to 28,900 DO NOT I repeat DO NOT shop and Amko Auto in Temple Hills or Laurel they were all in on changing the vehicle price .. Good ol Bait and switch at its finest

Out of all the years of purchasing cars, this was the worst ever. It most terrible Experience ever I had. This car dealership was the most unprofessional group of people. I had purchased about 4 vehicles throughout the years at This dealership. I’m wondering if Mr. Dany knows how sales and management team are treating his customers. Well I’m guessing that they are products of there environment and probably used to dealing with those type of people. I thought y’all was going to be a customer for life. Well I’m just going have break up this 30 years marriage. Your team need to go back through training. When a customer ask you not to something that doesn’t give you the write. I have no intention ever returning to this establishment. Totally unsatisfactory, and I will seeking advice.

Pretty shady is we’re going to be honest. Arrived to look at a car in person and make sure everything checks out. Upon arrival I wasn’t greeted the nicest but whatever people have bad days do understandable. I walk over to the car and he starts giving me pointless details about the car like “yea very clean, needs a wash, I think she’s clean on the inside”. Asked if I could see inside and he said “it’s locked but windows are clear” ......okay then. Not to mention the ENTIRE time I’m there he keeps telling me, you’ll need to put HALF down ($10k) to get approved......mind you that credit was never brought up or mentioned in the slightest. Keep looking around, found a few damaged spots from previous owner but also noticed the rear fenders were covered in a thick layer of rubber (for you non car people it means someone’s doing a burnout in the car) Cars don’t appear to be in bad cosmetic condition but very shady way of selling a car. Especially since they want 50% down.

Purchased two vehicles with AMKO Auto (Marlboro Pike) in May and had a great experience. They have a diverse selection of vehicles, willing to work with you and are professional. With a small team, they provided excellent customer service overall. They wanted to make sure we were satisfied... we definitely were! I would highly recommend! Also I want to add that I needed something completed for my vehicle, a few months later, and Leon took care of it for me.

Terrible service. Did not feel welcomed when I walked in. They wanted to do a hard credit pull before I test drive the car i was interested in. I explained to the sales rep and manager I was financing through my bank so no credit check needed. Sales manager told me " If your credits good why wouldn't you run it?". They definitely lost a sale that day.

I went to AMKO Auto looking for an SUV for my growing family. I called prior to my arrival and was told to ask for Will. When I arrived he immediately came to greet me. He spent so much time going over the different vehicles and options with me. He was so pleasant and patient. I told him I wanted to look around more before making my decision. He didn’t call me every day or harass me he has since called one time to follow up just to see if he could be of further assistance. Though I have not made my final decision I thought that his amazing customer service in it self deserved recognition. This has been a daunting process and I have salesmen calling me almost daily to follow up which only adds to my anxiety. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I recommend Will hands down!

Ronnie was misleading and dishonest. I drove an hour and half to look at a vehicle that was covered in scratches and was missing a panel on one of the doors. I specifically asked him if there was any visible damage to the vehicle prior to my commute. He assured me it was worth the drive. It wasn't.

Wanted to test drive a BMW I had been viewing online. They would not let me drive it and said that they were firm on the price and basically kicked me out with the assumption that I wasn't a serious buyer. This vehicle has been on their lot for 6 months without any price change and is 10% more expensive than comparable models. These guys are predators! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. Unprofessional, the salesperson Ahmad didn't remember who I was acted uninterested in doing business. Zero stars would not recommend!

Absolutely the worst dealership in the dmv ! This dealership literally sold me a Lemon ! Now I have to hire a lawyer to assist me! I put down a large amount of money for a vehicle to be told I need a new engine ! ALL IN WITHIN A WEEK OF ME HAVING THE VEHICLE Prior to that I tried to ask Jay (service center MANGER) to look at vehicle and wouldn’t do so ! Was to busy !
