They don't answer the dang phone

We are staying in the area temporarily and needed to get something notarized We called another bank in town and the lady was rude and snippy. We called Independent Bank and everyone was very friendly and accommodating, despite the fact that we were not customers. They were very friendly on the phone, everyone was friendly and helpful in person. They have a very large, beautiful and comfortable waiting area. Our wait was very brief. Even the notary was very friendly and helpful. After we left, I realized a few more stops later, that I lost my keys. I called to check all my stops, including the bank. They again were so helpful, searching couch cushions and the parking lot even, without me asking. When I stopped back by to retrace my steps, they even helped me search again! I was incredibly grateful for their kindness. If we decide to stay in the area longer, this will be my bank!!!
