My first time experience with City Finance was great . Aaron processed my loan and I walked away feeling good. Moving forward, I paid my loan off in full. After that I kept getting request for a new loan. I contact City Finance and asked about the requirements for returning customers. I was told by Jose"the only thing they needed was my proof of income and address". I go in to apply for a new loan. This time Jose is processing my loan. I must say this was absolutely a horrible experience. He would ask me questions from the application, whenever I answer the question, he would look at me oddly. I felt he was prejudging me. I felt uncomfortable. He never ask if it was okay for him to pull my credit nor did I signed anything giving permission for my credit to be pull. If I had know that my credit would be pull, I would have cancel the process. Also, not being notified by him of pulling my credit report support his behavior towards me. Soon after that, Aaron walked in the room and Jose demeanor changed but it still wasn't welcoming. Even though, I was approved for a loan, I refuse to give business to someone that doesn't respect me nor know my value.
