I was helped by Chandy when I went in to take out a loan. She was so nice and willing to help me through the process. Don't do it. They charge toooooo much for loans the CAB fee is CRAZY too high. It's not worth it. takes forever to pay them off. Do anything but this. I know we've all been there especially during covid but you wil have to pay them off like MEGA FAST.. You think you need money from them. Try to get a credit card or 2. Try to get a personal loan low interest and 6 months to pay off or ANYTHING. This is really crazy. I don't even understand how what they do is legal to charge people so much. interest. But it is what it is

Went in the Denton store, Chandy helped with all my questions and even explained it to me more thoroughly before I proceeded. She definitely knows how to do her job and her professionalism is spot on!!!! The whole process was less than 30 minutes!!!! Highly recommend.

Treated very poorly by the manager treated a personal check like it was fake and won’t cash my check and did not explain why. A money order that literally says western Union on it and they treat me like some criminal inside the store! Definitely will never come back here or use their services!
