Advance America S Loop, Denton

I usually don’t write reviews but this time I have to give it to the ladies in Advance America. I was able to get a loan within minutes of being there. They both explained everything in detailed and were very patience and professional with me. They’re customer service is just amazing. I wish more business had great customer service like this. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to come give this loan place a try. Thank you so much for everything Mrs. Cindy and Brenda. God bless you guys!

Advance America is a very lovely place! The staff always take care of me with such a friendly and positive attitude. They always work with me when I have issues making payments. Taryn, Judith, & Cara have wonderful shining personalities. They make me laugh every time I visit. Taryn gets on my butt (in a loving motherly way) when I’m having trouble getting payments lol just kidding. She always works with me to find a solution to make sure I get everything paid off and I’m very grateful for her and her initiative to help me take care of business. So grateful for these ladies and very glad to leave this review letting it be known how wonderful this store and its employees are.

This place is amazing! Super sweet and super kind Taryn and Judith are always so warm and welcoming! Any time there is an issue they are so accommodating. 10/10 would recommend UPDATE AS OF March 2021: This place, or maybe just this location has gone through some new management and BOY its terrible. I paid off my loan but my mother hadn't and about 2-3 months ago (she gets paid on the 2nd Wednesday of each month) they knew of our payment history etc. Well on a Wednesday in January we weren't able to make it in but planned to make it in on Thursday the next day. WELL Thursday morning she goes to make a payment and they pulled the initial loan out sending her account into the negative. When asked they claimed to have contacted her with no answer but if they really did try to contact her, why is it that they did not call her cell or send an email. Why ask for multiple forms of contact if they aren't going to use them? Now 2 months later March 15th 2021 they call claiming that she still owes? This place has gone down hill and I do not recommend at all any more.

There are so many good things to say about Advanced America and their great customer service. I had the pleasure to be assisted by Judith Firpo and it was the smoothest transition I have experienced. Please don’t hesitate when you need them you will not regret it m. Thanks again Judith and Advanced America !

Judith at your Denton TX location has been an angel. Her kindness and personality surpass all the expectations of customer service. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know!

D2 people who previously worked here who stayed with me through my loans, and who informed me about everything I needed to know and answered all my questions, no longer with you. And since they left, every time I get a call from advance America the employees are very rude. This time around the lady called, Natalie, I asked her how much my next payment was and she proceeded to tell me how much I know, but she started telling me something completely different than what I’ve been told the last several years. And then when I advised her that this wasn’t what I’ve been told, it was not my understanding, she began to Bad mouth the previous agents that worked here. Advance America has gone downhill since the last time I renewed my loan installment. Once I have it paid off, I will not be renewing with Advance America ever again.

The girls at advance america are great. They are always willing to help me. I came in with car problems and was able to refinance. So glad your loans have gone up. Thank you. Brenda and Cindy. 4 years with advance America they are always my go to.

So, I was really broke and wasn’t gonna make it till payday! I went to Advance America on 288 loop and they were able to help me get by till my next payday and I wasn’t uncomfortable about doing it, the rates a great most places price gouge on there fees and Advance America was able to very easy on fees. I will always go there when I’m in a pinch. Taryn, I think she is the manager she is such an awesome person!! And her side kick Judith she just as awesome they are a great team! I hope they get compensated for such a great sense of hospitality. So, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone when you are in a pinch!!

I absolutely love the experience I just had with Judith at Advance America. Even before meeting her in the office (she called me earlier this morning to see if I was still interested in the loan) she gave me the feeling of a comfortable, hassle free process with an absolutely amazing representative (Judith). The visit was even better than I expected. Should I EVER have to do this again, not only will I be making them my "go to" agency but I highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a need for cash. With their different loan options and amazing people helping you, you're sure to be satisfied/happy with the outcome.

This is a great loan office! They actually were able to get me more money than ACE and they were super helpful explaining all the details and making my experience easy to deal with. I definitely recommend stopping here first for any loan needs!
