Without going into detail, my life took a left in less than 24 hours. The two women that run this establishment saved my life today. Beyond customer service, they saw my dilemma and genuinely cared. Forever humble, grateful and thankful. Hopefully I won’t need their assistance in the future but whomever does is in good hands.

I found that Midori was extremely professional and helpful! However, I felt extremely uncomfortable with the lack of professionalism that Cara held. I overheard her speaking about sex and felt that she was overly flirtatious towards me and other male customers that were in there. I’m please to see she no longer works at this location and will continue to come here as long as Midori works here.

They arr just awesome to do business with! They definitely listen to what I want and give me all the possible options available. The store is always nice and neat, but the air conditioning is too hot! I feel very sorry for all of them. But they don't hesitate to give us the best customer service ever! They have the best rates around in the business. I believe that customer service is the key for success and Denton loop 288 is the best!!!

Everyone at this location was nice, however the interest rate is out of this world! you will be paying forever on a loan that was one price, and is now more than what you borrowed. I will NEVER use this company again if you’re smart you’d run the other way. Wish I knew what I know now!

People there are very friendly and quick to get me my loan. I was in and out in just under hour due only to me not having all of my required documents. That is another good point about this Cash Store is that they will let you use a computer on site to get that required paperwork to get your loan. Awesome job guys thank you so much for y'all help getting my family the loan we need to get by for now. Y'all rock :)

The center manager Midori was extremely difficult to work with. She had an attitude problem and was unwilling to help when I was in need. She didn’t provide me with information I needed to succeed. They have ridiculously high interest rates and their systems are problematic, and so are the employees. Except Gabby. I loved her bubbly personality and her excitement when it came to helping the customers and fellow employees who are training.

I don’t understand why “Cara” is being so bitter in her review. I was quite relieved to learn she is no longer with Cash Store. Midori is very professional, never had a bad experience with her. Cara was loud & obnoxious. And she was very flirtatious towards any male customer that came in. If I could, I would give Midori 5 stars, & Cara negative stars. So Midori, the 5 stars are for you!! Cara, don’t be bitter, get better!

This place is amazing! . My husband and I recently found ourselves at Cash Store during a financially tough and stressful time. We were both welcomed by helpful, friendly staff members. Jonathan got us through the whole process wonderfully and made us feel so much more comfortable about everything! I highly recommend!

I have been in and out of the Cash Store for some time now, and each and every time the men and women behind the counter put customer service before anything else! I was very hesitant about getting a loan due to past loan agencies giving me the run around but between Midori, Stephanie, and Jackson I have never felt more at ease about getting a loan. If you are even just a slight bit hesitant they won't push, they love to have conversations and make you feel welcome each time you open their front door. There is no place I'd rather go for a loan than this location.

I was referred by a friend to the Cash Store when we were planning a trip and an unexpected medical incident left me a little short on cash. Everyone was very welcoming and took the time to explain everything out to me and answer my questions. Friend got a referral bonus (had no loans out at the time either) and I have been using them regularly since. The calling can be a little annoying but usually I receive a call the day before and the day of my loan due date. As I've not been late on a payment I haven't had any difficulty. Assuming you've used a cash advance service before, what they expect is nothing new. I found their rates to be lower than others; make on time payments and even if you don't earn more money you can increase your loan credit with them over time which is interesting; also not automated, always an actual person.
