I appreciate the help that I received from Trey (or Tray not sure of the spelling). I came in to get a fast loan. He was very professional and he allowed me to print out my bank statements there rather than having to go to a bank. He knew his job well, explained everything, and continued to check if I had any questions or needed more explanation. He was fast, polite, and efficient. He represents the business well and I do recommend this location. Thanks again Trey/Tray.

I really can’t wait to to pay this loan off I went to store #743 in carrollton first time going they stated that I was denied due to them not being able to validate my debit card so they couldn’t complete my loan I called cottonwood financial spoke with Carla she didn’t see why my loan was denied I told her what they inform me she called me back and told me that was a system issue to go back tomorrow I went up there debit card was validated then go there they say can’t verfiy my employment which I have bank statements a badge direct deposit etc etc but needed to speak with someone my company just merge got brought out by another company so very hard to verfiy so I email my hr manager she inform me she spoke with Amber I called to the cash store they saying never spoke with anyone at this point I’ve wasted my gas and time for only 200.00 which was needing more which I qualify to get school clothes and things for my daughter I’m really stress this has made me more stressful i thought payday loans was to help people temporarily but I guess that’s not true soon I pay rent I’ll definitely be paying this loan off going some where else this so not right

Went into the store yesterday to apply for my first loan and Luis was AMAZING!! He has great customer service!! He helped me print out all the documents i needed to apply for the loan. He was very helpful and nice and answered all the concern questions i might have had. The process didn't take long at all it was quick fast and easy. At first i was nervous about getting a loan but the info Luis gave me put my mind at ease. This is a great place to get a loan and i will be coming back in the near future.

I gave them 2 stars because when I needed them for my loans they were there but your word is your bond and that means nothing to them. They encourage you to bring them customers with the promise of giving you $100 when you do. Not only did I pay out close to $2000 of loans but gave them a customer who they've made a lot of money on and they can't even give you what they promised. They brought unnecessary stress to my life when I'm in the hospital and I'm having to call around to try and get someone to go pay on my loan and then finally when I did pay off my title loan they didn't even have my title. I had to go and get a new one. Just bad business and won't be giving them my business again.

The staff here is amazing. Amber and Delores are so courteous could not ask for more pleasant personalities to deal with.
