Everything started great. But after one year has quickly turned into a nightmare. We financed the purchase of our truck with CFF and Jeff Williams. We told him we would be looking to refinance in 1 year. Come to find out we don't actually have a "loan" and ALL interest is charged up front so there is NO getting out of it. In addition Jeff told us "he didn't have to disclose this" because it was a commercial loan which differs from retail. If you don't plan on refinancing, great. But buyer be ware as this is a VERY misleading practice!!!

I was recommended to CFF and I would recommend the same to others! My sales rep Ricardo was amazing and worked to get me a loan that worked for my situation and budget. He was patient throughout what was a learning process for me and explained everything well! Elaina was my loan processing agent and she went above and beyond to ensure the paperwork was completed in the right order and in a timely fashion! She also had a tremendous amount of patience for insurance issues I was running into due to my business being registered in NY and she worked with my insurance broker to resolve them! The reviews are real !! Jason Kanz did everything he said he would do and that’s the people you need on your side ! I started my own company and have above 730 credit and didn’t want to use my personal credit but build through my company with a business commercial loan. Jason not only helped me get the loan but gave me tips on other ways to increase the business credit. He responded in 2hrs and finished the transaction. Don was amazing throughout my entire process. He kept in touch with me frequently and remained patient each time I had to change equipment. Once we finally agreed on a truck and put a deposit down Don and Elaina moved very quickly to get all the proper documents in order so we could get funded. I tend to be very short on patience when it comes to waiting on folks to review/ approve my documents, but Elaina got everything submitted just as fast as I sent my paper work to her. I got funded for my truck faster than my factoring company could set up my account. In fact im still waiting for them to set up my account, so that should speak volumes about how efficient Don and Elaina are. I highly recomed them especially if you are short on patience like me.

I want to thank Mr Jeff Williams, for guiding I and my wife through getting financing from his company to finance our truck. When I applied, I couldn't meet their requirements because I didn't have a depth of credit history. Mr Williams suggested another method which really turned out to help me. So if you don't have a credit history, I will advise you to reach out specifically to Mr Jeff as he might have an option for you in getting financing for your equipment. He is a very nice man, he even answered the call when he was in a family function, shows you how he values customers over profit. I will be reaching out again, to get more financing, hopefully this time my credit history is more matured.
