Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Extremely rude staff, and want to get something for nothing. I went to another shop and got exactly what I was asking, and what the item was worth. Don’t waste your time here.

I have been a customer of this location and their other branches for many years. On the buyer's side, I've gotten great deals on things I needed and wanted, they always have items that have been marked down to move. On the seller's side, the few things that I have sold them, I sold cheap but fair price, I knew what they were worth to the public on ebay and Craigslist, that said, this is a business and has to turn a profit to stay in business. The people that complained about getting ripped off on their possessions always have the options to sell them to someone else if they thought they were worth more! They have never twisted my arm to make me sell something. The customer service is outstanding, they will check to see if they can cut you a better deal on an item (if you ask them) and consider reasonable offers. Regarding the people claiming to have their pawned things stolen from them, the practice at this store is they will call you at your number on record BEFORE you will lose the things in hock and also on your layaways. Pawn shops make their money from interest on loans, not on pawned or items purchased from us. This shop clearly has notices and brochures that tell you that short term high interest loans are not a wise LONG TERM solution. I recommend this place to everyone, the guys are friendly and will help you anyway they can. As for the complainers, grow up and act like the adult you claim to be, enough said.

The ripped me off and took advantage of me selling my stuff because my situation needing money. And a fan that easily costs $400 and no less than $100. They took forever doing there online pricing research Trying their hardest to find one that was similar and cheap so they could use that as an example of why they could only offer me $70. They knew it was worth way more and he kept making up excuses why it wasn’t one of the expensive ones and was lying. He ripped me off that simple. And when I called to discuss it with the guy he hung up on me and then I called back two more times but they put the phone to go straight to voicemail that’s 30 minutes before they close! Horrible lying peopleDon’t trust them to give you what your stuff is worth they’re just like used car salesman

They will take your money and your belongings, My brother paid for 2 months and they took his item and sold ot after 1 month, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Also every item you pawn and do t get out goes on your PERSONAL RECORD that all the stores have acess to. THIS SHOP IS A LAW SUITE WAITING TO HAPPEN DO NOT MESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Liars!!! CHARGED ME AND THEN EXPECTED MORE MONEY!!! RIP OFFS!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! Been a customer here for years. Disappointed in the Customer service and Management. They don't know what they are doing. Will no longer patronize this establishment and will report them to BBB.

I love this place and have been going there for years because of the variety of items available for purchase or lay-a-way. I also love the way, Bill and the crew welcome the customers and assist us with professionalism.

Dont go here they are that fake nice and all so that when they de value your property they want ya to feel like they are tryin to help...no....if ya take in name brand high quality product, they look up the cheapest brand and go based off that...they are an insult to the bartering system...they will give you the lowest amount for your high quality property. And that lowest amount is based off the search of simlar but very low quality product. There is a reason why when ya walk in to this shop there is hardly anythin in there. And they are awlays desperate for business...but they want to do lousy business.

Very happy with the customer service. Super nice guys. Had no issues with getting answers to my questions, definitely would go there again. And not to mention the great deals! Over all great experience.

I don't recommend going to this place because of the short Mexican kid at the front is a big time low baller

Customer friendly crew always enjoy stepping into this store, johnny always has a winning attitude and is always promoting there great items they have available great layaway plans!
