As a small business owner, after payroll and bills, some checks I need to cash quickly vs 3 days to clear my business account. Banks will not cash checks made out to a business due to a variable of risks. I have been grateful to find check n go will do so with articles of formation. I’ve used two different locations. Never an issue. I visited this location after finding the other one I used closed. I arrived at the store and the lady working was with another client, but I was greeted friendly and told to give her a few moments after asking what I had came for. I told her no problem and to take her time. She called me to the counter in between collecting info and submitting it from this other client for approval, I handed her the checks and ID per her request, supplied her with the number I have used in the past that should have contained my articles of formation letters. Once she saw the checks, which are from an authorized check writing software called “onlinecheckwriter.com”, she started what some call heavy breathing/sighs. Typically perceived to one as the other being “put out” or “not feeling up to the task”. Typically this wouldn’t bother me and at this time it did not. It’s Monday after all. I am not sure what’s happened to her the last 24 hours, if the hardware she works with is subpar and takes some Coercing and or small prayers to work. I am not sure if she’s not feeling well, but I assumed this could be the case as the entire place was an easy 78–80° Inside as well as the strong aroma of some one having used the lavatory after a night of state fair food or spicey curry Indian cuisine from the establishment next door. Hey, I am not here to judge, after all, as Forest Gump explained after a bumper sticker line he profited from, “Shit happens”. All I am saying is that I am trying to consider all things in perspective. Once she had this info she explained to me that she would have to submit the info and see what came back. I didn’t take from our exchanges she was done with me just yet. However, I found out quickly that she wanted me to move. No problem, the other client was at the table with two chairs, so I looked for an area to put my jacket up front where two chairs were. This area is out of the line of sight to anyone currently in the building. No one present was over 5’6”,myself including. short time later after the lady working with other client and on the phone, I hear, “ do you have the matrix number?”. I hear this but pay it no mind as it sounds like something I’ve heard here before. Then I realize that she had spoken to me. Not because she said, “sir”, “mr”, “Michael”, “joseph”, or “excuse me” before any of those addresses. I realize it because I hear “HEL-LO-AH?” I reply and apologize for not knowing it was me she was addressing. She request for the Articles of formation. And then points to a Google link to upload and asks me why I didn’t go to the bank first off. I tell her that it will take me just a moment to do so and why I came there. There’s a moment of delay due to some error in downloading. Not long at all though, followed by her bringing the checks in my ID to me and shoving them on the counter, “I can’t cash anything for you until I have those papers”. Verbiage, body language and tone are none of what she’s giving the other client. And I am laid back, nice and easy. Not sure why I perceive to be a problem for her. Inform her that I have uploaded and tell her no rush just letting her know. Shortly after. She informs me they’ve been denied. He didn’t he need to go to cliffs and try with my papers she hands me. While there she helped the other lady positively. Then she asked her to give her a review and was going to assist her doing it. But there was an issue. The lady said well I’ll at least let you know you did a good job professionally. because the client stepped in and out she didn’t see her treatment of me. Which was anything but identical. Variables being my race, age, and product. None of which should be a factor. It was obvious enough it effected me write a review.

I had the best customer service with Jessica! She was amazing and was able to get me in and out in a timely fashion!! If go here please ASK for Jessica!

JESSICA IS THE BEST !!!! I went in and applied but there system was down but once it was up she gave me a call to come back in and i was able to get my loan !! I was discouraged at first but she had faith in me and I am so thankful !!! Go and see JESSICA !!!!

Customer service is really great! The manager Tiffany has always been helpful with the customers even as a manager. Any issues you may have she does her best to resolve them right then and there! I’ve always recommended people to stop by for a loan if ever in need, she is upfront about payment options and a very friendly face. Service has always been fast and effective.

Felicia and Tiffany are awesome! When I walk in they greet me and everyone that walks in the door . They really try to help as best as they can and explain all your options. It has been a pleasure doing busy with them both for the urgent need that I had.

This was my first Advance experience. Tiffany was very helpful and showed me the process and was very informative on how things work in my payment back. I was very satisfied with her. When I came in to do my payment a couple of weeks later the air was out and she was kind of suffering through the heat but she still stuck it out and was a real trooper. She apologized for the air even though I was in there a short time. She's always had a smile on her face and was very helpful.
