I visited the location Dallas 44 and Rebecca Cantu attended my boyfriend and I. She was very nice and professional. We felt comfortable with her and she explained everything clearly. The process was fairly fast and efficient and we got a great loan.

TITLE MAX Profit Margin is equal to that of a Prostitute, Drug Dealer and Gold buyer. Yet the prostitute gives one something for the charge while the drug dealer makes one feel good for a while and the gold buyer does give one money for gold. But Title Max takes the peoples money and takes the car to leave them empty and desolate. I walked in one day to get a title loan on my SUV Nissan Pathfinder. They were nice enough I thought and it seemed the same as a car loan, so I thought. 1 year later, with ($2650.00) of the original loan paid back, plus $500 in interest, they want me to pay an additional $4,200.00? Ammm, does Title Max want that in #Euros #Pesos #Dinars or #Shekels? In the mean time, they sent the dirtiest truck on the planet that was driven by the littlest man from another planet to take my SUV at 7:30 am. I am a widow of a Veteran and can't pay the conjured amount. Frankly, that's enough to buy another car. They are unreasonable and greedy for interest. I called to get my SUV back, but they said I have been turned over to corporate in the lone star state of Texas. In spite of leaving numerous messages, no answer or care from them. The fact that my loan is in Texas against my will, is not a good sign because nothing good comes from Texas. The worst thing about Title Max is that they throw this rationale at consumers that the people are a "high risk loan". Well, Title Max is really a "higher risk loan" against the people, who lose not only their money, but their car too. The Devil takes people to Hell really easy for dollars that they have to leave to the greedy children and then to grave robbers. But the soul has to pay God for the interest of the pain of it all caused to others. The mother who was forced to take a title loan for her 6 children, has no money left and no car, but prays against Title Max to Gods big ears. God will hear. Title Max can't believe in God because all they see is green. But let it be known that if a person or company is wicked, time is not good to them as they waste away before their dreams of astronomical interest is a benefit. It is now 2018 and corporate has not bothered to call or let me get my stuff. Did they sell the car without giving me a way to get my SUV back? Oh, and does Title Max sell the stuff in the car for profit or just give it as payment to their dirty drivers so they can wash the dirtiest tow truck on the planet for $1 dollar? Is it worth getting a loan with Title Max? No it's not. Somebody will eventually file a "Class Action Law Suit" against the Company and I will stand in that bread line against their interest. Run like you never ran before do not take a loan from these people they are no good dirty pigs if I can give them 5 zeros I will they let you take out loans only to pick up your cars they cheat you gg,stacy,nancy,all them be careful even Doug tried to call them for me no response and Nancy is the head lady she want even talk to you they are a disgrace be careful what you'll doing to people you'll company want last....

They took my friends car away with some of my personal items in the car my friend tryed to work out some payment plan with them they said no and kept my items i had in the car they steal the stuff people have in the car and it wasnt my friends stuff it was mine ..they suck !

Those negative reviews, just ignore that. If you are applying for a title loan, they will tell you EXACTLY what you are getting. If you choose to skip a payment, they will call you, until they reach you and do everything in their power to help you recover and get on the right track. You borrow money, you pay it back. It's that easy. I really love the Titlemax #6 in Plano at 121. You are the kindest most giving and forgiving team. I will be paying off my title loan this year. You were there when I needed you.
