IBC Bank S Staples St, Corpus Christi

Over all its been a good experience here. As with most of the complaints, the wait time is horrible. Not enough staff. All cashiers were working at the wondow, no one left at the lobby. This branch can do a lot to improve, but I can say its not the worse.

Wow, this bank is pathetic! I called to have a few questions answered about several different types of loans and all of the loan officers were at lunch at 11:15. I left my information and asked the receptionist to have one call me back when they were back. I missed the call back at 2:30, but it was the receptionist saying that the officer told her to call me back and let me know that they are not taking new application's for loans right now. They didn't even have the respect to calle back and answer my questions. Avaoid this bank at all costs, but after seeing the rest of the reviews it looks like this lines up with the way they do business.

Too much to type. Straw that broke the camels back. You have all locations closed all day Saturday. Lololol. Been putting up with IBC nonsense for way too long. Another customer gone

Zero stars. Worst bank. I wish the mortgage was different bank. First they change hours. The car port closes 5 now (used to be 6pm which was great due to work) and received ZERO notice and there are ZERO signs of change of hours. Not to mention the bankers are RUDE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! They need to shut this place down and fire all staff to rehire people who want to help their clients. So I go back today to pay the mortgage and they closed due to covid. Another reason to switch banks. Not to mention all the gas I’m wasting driving around town and WASTING MY TIME! Most Inconvenient bank.

This Bank is horrible way to many rules can't get your money when needed plus customer service is horrible plus the wait is stupid long!
