Cleanest shop I’ve been in, well organized. Employees are ready to help and greet you as you walk in. Manager Bea is by far the best, love how she helps you get exactly what you want at a good price. She works with you.

I called ahead and was told I would be helped with a pawn I had. Since this shop is close to me, I figured I would walk. I arrived 45 min until they closed (adjusted hours to close at 6 not 7) I waited 30 minutes just to be told to go down the street to another pawn shop. If you adjusted your hours please let your customers know. I wouldn’t be so upset if I hadn’t been told to come in for help to be turned away. My time was wasted so you don’t have to waste yours. Go somewhere else don’t bother with this place.

About a year ago, I went to redeem my pawn (personalized built PC), and upon reedeming one of my monitors was missing, and is still missing to this day. Not sure how you lose a monitor that should have been all put together in some storage space but i guess it happens. Worst part is I was told a regional manager would call me and help me replace my missing monitor but that never happened, and i know i put a comment up before about this instance but guess they can remove it without solving problems.

Worst pawn shop to sell anything.they always low ball you. They tried to give 5 bucks for a snap on brand knive lol. That's ridiculous! They don't even look up a value on items. They just look at it and price it on how they feel. Worst service ever! The manager is stuck up to the max. Little short mexican dude. Smh.

Make sure you read the contract BEFORE you sign, they just say sign here. They don’t tell you about the restock fee before hand and slap it on you if you’re trying to cancel a layaway. They’ll say sorry they didn’t tell you before but that’s the way it is. Horrendous.

The manager is awesome I gonna buy a 500 dollar pinkie ring she is negotiable I gonna get it for 350 with just 35 bucks down 4 months to get it out is easy they really work u I encourage you to do business q with tbe.with u

Been to a lot of pawn shops in corpus Christi but this one is by far the best the staff was very knowledgeable on the items that I was looking for Ms Linda was amazing she pointed me in the right direction and make sure that I left happy also the manager Bea was very helpful on helping me pick out the perfect firearm for my budget didn't feel rushed at all to buy anything they made sure that I was happy definitely recommend this pawn shop if you're looking for jewelry tools or firearms

Diana is AWESOME! I love coming in here every time she is working. She’s amazing and always tries to work with your budget! I would highly recommend coming in here to see her, you won’t regret it!

Please disregard those negative reviews above me, they're just mad they didn't get what they want! Lol. This pawn shop in particular has one of the cleanest showrooms, plus the staff is always happy to help! Highly Recommended!

Being a customer with First Cash Pawn for over 10 years I was told I could continue an over due pawn for ten dollars on Friday. I was in the hospital for just diagnosed cancer. In desperation to save my watch I aired my dirty laundry to get help and was then held up for a much greater amount as two of my friends went out of their way to help. Thanks to my friends for their efforts and apologies to others for putting you in an uncomfortable position. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FIRST CASH PAWN. THEY DON'T APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS AND LIE TO YOU ENCOURAGING YOU TO ACT IN DESPERATION SO THEY CAN MAKE A BUCK. Please share
