I am a first time homebuyer and had absolutely no idea what I was doing when I began the process of buying my home. From the first phone call I had with Ian, he walked me through every single step of what needed to be done and WHY it needed to be done. There was someone on his team available 24/7, which is really important considering most offers on houses are done on the weekends. After I was under contract, Ian and his team continued to educate during in the closing process on the home and the reasons we had to do each step.
