    I just want to say thank you to Desiree Allen because of her I stopped paying debt consolidation settled my accounts and got my VA loan. If you need help buying a home call Desiree at 360, not everyone was always helpful or could answer my questions or even answer at all she always pulled thru and made it work, Thanks Desiree.

    Prior to today I was not pleased and very frustrated with this process. My representative was always very busy and always needed to get back to me. I said I would give myself three months and if no results then I would cancel. Today I had a conversation with Brittany MAES and she was AWESOME! In the midst of my frustration she never got frustrated and remained calm. She explained the credit process that the company takes on and went through 360credit health website in detail. I was able to learn how to block web scanners; Which was cool. I couldn't be pleased more with her customer service and knowledge she shared.

    First of all, I appreciate the services 360 CC provided to me, made a huge difference, I was able to qualify for my construction loan. Second, the customer service I received Brittany Maes was excellent, she is very knowledgeable of the entire credit rating system, she was also personable person to speak with. Also would like to recognize Albert for his follow-up to make sure I connected with Brittany. I would highly recommend their services.

    I want to share the importance of knowing that a company is on your side and is being transparent with you in such important matters as your credit and credit repair and reports. I have had the opportunity to learn that 360 credit consulting has an agent by the name Brittany Maes This agent not only took the time to listen to everything i had to say and all my concerns . This agent also showed me all the tools that this company offers so I can feel in control of my future with my credit scores. I would suggest anyone with any concerns to ask for her as she is so imformative and will stay with you till you get it. Ive never been so relieved to deal with anyone on such an important matter as my credit in my life. My credit is my future home , my happiness and peace of mind and security.     I would not recommend this company at all!! Its best just to do it on your own or with someone you can trust locally. This credit company is a scam and will continue to charge your account even months after you cancel. I had to call my bank and dispute charges because they will not cancel account. They make it hard to cancel services and you speak to a call center that's in Philippines to schedule an appoint to even be able to talk to representative. The person handling case Janine was disrespectful and rude. She claimed to be the representative and supervisor so there is no upper management to talk too. I truly regret ever contracting this company!

    I reached out to Devin and the team at 360 credit consulting to increase my credit score to get the best possible deal for building a new house. They knocked it out of the park. Before it was all said and done, my score jumped over 70 points, securing me a good deal on a mortgage. Desiree and the team stayed in communication with me and gave me updates on progress.     Was calling to discontinue their services but Thank God I got a good Rep today Brittany Maes. Had this service since December and haven’t seen much improvement. After speaking to Brittany she went over things I that wasn’t told to me so I have to give it a try for another month or two to see it she was true to her word. I will update again in a month or two to let people know it they even need to take the time with 360 Credit Thanks

    Kacee made my day. I work in the Customer Service Industry and can tell you from personal experience that not every client/customer representative is on thier game or even plesent for that matter. I got Kacee when I called into 360 Credit today and she was the BEST! Friendly and a plesent and she took ownership of my requests. We even set a date to follow up together so I dont have to explain my situation everytime I speak with someone new. This is 5 stars in my book.     I started using 360 as a try out and I let them know that because I had credit repair companies that I was not please with; however working with Desiree Allen has been a breath of fresh air when it come to learning how I can better improve my credit. She is detail and answers my questions to help me improve my score in a professional manner. I am not easily impress but yes, she does an excellent job.     This company is shady. I worked with them for 14 months and no improvement on my credit score. No idea what they did with the $100 I paid them every month plus the 300$ fee from starting. It’s taken me over 2 months to get them to cancel my account and no luck. I keep getting emails along the lines of “thanks for the conversation today! We will keep working with you” when no such conversation occurred. I had to change my debit card info. Consider this a warning.

    My husband has been a member since 4/2021. First 9 months in the program everything was amazing and saw results fast! Communication was amazing, my reviews were scheduled on time and all my questions were answered with no issues. I enrolled in the program on 9/2021 and seen little to no results. The real issues started on 1/2022. I email any letters or emails from collection agencies, or CBs like I was told. Anything dealing with credit I was informed to call the company for advice which I do and apparently that is a problem. I am always being told something different. It got to the point where I started writing things down along with names. When asking questions, I do not always get a response or call back. Then when I mention this, I am told we did call or this and that but there's no voicemails, missed calls or emails regarding this issue. I DO NOT HAVE A BLOCK either they love saying that! When I ask was my email received or notes on my account regarding something I always hear no I don't see it. These are the same issues I saw before enrolling but I ignored all the negative reviews and moved forward with this company. Now the reviews are higher after we were told to go and review the agents for a chance to win a gas GC so you need to dig deeper to find the honest reviews not the recent ones. If I knew the answers, if I knew the steps they were taking, if I knew how to handle some issues trust and believe I would not reach out to bother the agents. As a paying customer and coming from customer service/medical background I know people can be annoying as hell and ask the same questions, but your job is to answer the customers questions to the point that they understand you. Make sure both parties are on the same page and not turn it back on the customers making it sound like there's a miscommunication in their questions like I was told. I really wish they would pull my phone call to see what I am talking about and maybe this will help the company keep clients and improve their customer services skills For new clients WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN! Get every single person name you speak with and the dates. Trust me you will thank me down the road.
