We have always gotten an immediate, complete response to any of our numerous questions. We had been having problems with the IRS for YEARS and OMNI financial straightened them out. In my book, that's equal to a miracle!

They said will charge you 1000 dollars to handle your tax case and Later on they come up with 6000 charge plan and when I asked them you guys said 1000 for everything they change there word to no 1000 to start collecting your tax information and to work on it will cost you 6000 and I told them in front I don’t have job or income I’m trying to save a roof for my family and they used my need to take the 1000 If they called you and offer their service to help you don’t believe that . They are a legal office and you will need another legal office to deal with them

If you are looking at the "reviews" for Omni Tax Solutions... DO NOT BELIEVE their 5-star reviews. They are all 100% FAKE 5-star reviews. These guys are awful! They charge outrageous fees to do what you can do for yourself!. AND as soon as they get involved their ONLY real mission is to "slow down the inevitable" . If you owe a lot in back taxes, do yourself a favor and simply call the IRS and get a payment arrangement done for yourself. ASK FOR HELP!!! The IRS tax code REQUIRES the IRS agent to provide you assistance in repaying your debt. They CANNOT make you pay more than you can afford. You get "standard" deductions for your "ability to pay". Get in a payment plan. Deal directly with the IRS. Even if you owe $100k or more. Get an appointment with a ROI agent. They WILL and HAVE TO work with you..... BY LAW! IF you hire Omni, they will charge you a large fee AND you will simply get in a payment plan with the IRS. Omni sucks! Plus they are a nuisance. Rude staff. Do NOT use these guys... do it yourself. I really, really wish someone had written this review and I had read it like 5 years ago when I needed tax assistance. It cost me soooooo much more $$ and time. I finally just went into my local tax office, I asked for help, I was stressed out of my mind... and BOOM! Within 1 hour I walked out of the IRS office with my own plan in place and ALL (100%) of the collection activities stopped immediately! I wish someone had told me.... now, go take care of it yourself.
