Kimberly is AWESOME! We relocated from Hawaii to Colorado in March 2016. We contacted Kimberly in January and she took wonderful care of us. Every call and each email were answered promptly and completely, no request was too small or inconvenient. Given we were 3000 miles away with a 4 hour time difference, Kimberly could have easily passed us off to someone else. Instead she took great care to make sure all of our questions were answered and we were comfortable with every step of the loan. She is amazing and we will use her again in the future!

Kimberly was an Angel! I was working a lot of hours when I was doing my refinancing! She would wait up late for me, be on the phone with me walking me through what I needed to do! If there was something I missed, and there were a few of them, she was so patient with me. I can tell you without Kimberly helping me, I may not have made it through the whole process.
