Wells Fargo Bank Summit Blvd, Broomfield

Two days in a row, for different needs, I've had the pleasure to work with Caitlin- Branch Relationship Manager. She has been extremely helpful, courteous and has gone above and beyond to ensure my banking needs were fully addressed. Other staff have always been friendly and helpful at this branch.

For the very many times I have been here as a customer, I have had the best experience and gotten great customer service. The employees here are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I will keep coming back here for a very long time!

Worst customer service ever! Tellers have no idea how to do simple transactions. They have terrible attitudes toward annulment who walks through the door they want you to open a bank account or they won't cash a check what kinda service is this !!!!

As soon as we walked in everybody treated us with the upmost respect! My friend was actually ready to drop his account but, as soon as he sat down with Philippe he changed his mind. My friend Michael said and I quote “This is the best customer service he has ever seen at any bank! Come and see Philippe because he made me want to stay at Wells Fargo!” Amazing customer service Philippe thank you so much!

I had always been full of inhibition when it came to bank accounts, especially credit. Now that I have switched to Wells Fargo it’s helped managing my income substantially. Philippe Gourlaouen made things completely unambiguous and stress-free; I felt aware and appreciated. He was the reason I decided to bank with Wells Fargo. Thank you kindly.

This branch is top notch!!! The teller line is incredible they really make people feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Asking what brings me in and I always get coffee!!! The tall blonde manager (hard name)remembers my name and almost everyone else’s that comes in making us feel at home! As far as the bankers the teller line suggested Ashley and they were right she is worth the wait and very knowledgeable! Love this place!!!! Also almost never a wait

Akeely is wonderful! I’ve been using this bank since I moved up to broomfield and she always has a smile, always professional, and does her job to the best of her ability. Everyone at this location is amazing as well! Best branch I have been to and I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2012.

I just came into the store on my lunch break & to replace my card for a new debit card. I was greeted immediately by a teller. I cannot call his name but he was so fun & energetic. He totally made my day. Provided outstanding service & I would recommend coming to the bank to everyone. My experience with the banker was immaculate his name is Philippe Gourlaouen. Provided Grade A service & went out of his way to help me & make sure everything was up to date eon my account. I live in Denver & I now will be driving out of my way to come to Broomfield because of the above and beyond service these two gentlemen provided me today.
