    Quick and friendly experience. Our water pump went out on our Acadia on the last day of our vacation. The team at Beach were able to get the car back up and running in a day which got us back on the road back home. Tracy was super easy to work with and very friendly.

    Matt Johnson, and Robert Jordan were great to deal with. The store manager Dallas never broke breath to me in three visits to this dealership. He was more interested in ease dropping on my conversation with Robert Jordan than he was helping get my pricing straight since my truck was ordered before the price increases. I will never do business again with someone that can’t even speak to me when you buying a $70,000 truck from them. Worse experience at a dealership since I’ve been old enough to buy trucks.

    Purchased brand new 2021 Sierra…was told by Salesmen that we two free oil changes…gas shortage due to pipeline cyber attack..told us to go find fuel…bring back receipt..waited at gas pump for two hours…took recent back, got reimbursed..was told that for the inconvenience they had one more oil change for total of 3. Went for second change and was told we had to pay. My daughter picked up truck and said the that Tammy had attitude when daughter told her that it should be no charge. My wife had to go in to get things straightened out. Salesman Ryan is now working in service department…he was brought up to cashiers office.. he had an attitude after speaking with my wife about the oil change. Again with the attitude. I will not be going back for any more changes or purchases. Lost my business. Hadwin White will be my new GMC dealer.

    Took my old Chevrolet 2500 in for a oil leak. Seen Tracy in service. I would never take my two vehicles any where else. These are very honest and trustworthy people. They corrected the leak and cleaned up my old 20 year Chevrolet truck. Great service. Thanks to tracy and the mechanics.

    We were really impressed with the way Hyatt Buick GMC took care of us. We had never experienced such care and help with an auto dealer. If we lived in Myrtle Beach, we would do business with them. Their dealership was one of the bright spots of our vacation. We can see why their card says Mark of Excellence Award Winner.     My experience I wanted to trade in my 21 ford ranger black in color ( not that I did not like it it is a fantastic truck ) I went to Beach Gmc / Buick and talked with the most knowledgeable person and a person who will work to obtain what you want ,Dallas Maxwell my sales associate Chris very helpful person and friendly even after sale SO if you are interested in really purchasing a quality vehicle go to BEACH GMC/ BUICK you will leave with the VECHILE you want at an affordable price 👍

    The service by the team at Hyatt Buick is exceptional. Ryan made sure I had a ride home when the technician needed more time to service my Regal. I also was picked up by the end of the day to return to pick my car up. When unexpectedly my car wouldn't start (my battery died) Ryan got me a loaner car for overnight. Ryan met the challenges quickly with a professional and willing attitude.

    Just recently traded in my Denali for a lifted diesel truck. The customer service is far superior to any other local dealership. Our sales man was Ryan Barry 10 out 10 got us in and out like a dealership should but took the time to care about our needs and what we needed to do to make it work! We will be back for sure!

    They responded very well to our emergency and made sure that we received a very nice rental until we could get our practically new car fixed, even though we did not purchase it from your dealership. In the past, we had our old vehicle serviced there and were very satisfied.

    Everything was explained to me so I could understand what the problem was and the options available to correct the problem. Fortunately the dealership had the part in stock so the repair was made immediately. I also appreciated the email I received from OnStar within a couple minutes after I started the car, the motor stopped and the engine light appeared on the instrument panel. It always amazes me that these things happen within two weeks after my warranty expired!

    Dealership was accommodating to schedule me in quickly. Service people were very pleasant and professional. After diagnosing problem, part was available and replacement was done without another appointment. After investigating extended warranty, I was able to use that coverage for some of the cost. Kudos to Tracey for the extra effort with the paperwork. It was greatly appreciated.

    I had an oil change, it was performed satisfactorily and in a very timely manner. So, why the low score? My service rep was very personable, helpful and understanding, very likeable. However; I told him no less than 4 times that I did not need nor want my tires rotated. He even asked me id I had a lock on the tires and I AGAIN mentioned against tire rotation. Well, what do you suppose they did? ROTATED MY DAMNED TIRES!!! IN-FRIGGIN-CREDIBLE. Communication breakdown to the extreme. Xavier

    I live in Myrtle Beach but have Va based business, which is where we buy our GMC vehicles. I have to say I have brought 2 of my trucks there while under warranty and you guys did an outstanding job taking care of me and my needs. You treat me as if I bought them at your place. Friendly, Responsive and Complete. For me, there is no other GMC dealership at the beach!

    I went in to have brakes put on the rear of my vehicle. Mechanic was very rude when speaking to him afterward talking down to my father and me about how a brake on a vehicle is set up. After receiving the vehicle we started our journey back home (we were in myrtle beach on vacation) we notice a vibration coking from the rear wheels where the brakes were replaced. We stopped and noticed that the lug nuts were loose on both rims. I called and spoke to the service manager who stated he would call me back after speaking to the mechanic. The service manager never returned my phone call that day and I called back the following day to which he stated he was sorry. I informed him that this was a huge issue and that if something had happened and my family or someone else riding in my car had been hurt due to their mechanics negligence then we would be having a different conversation. I would definitely not recommend anyone to this dealership due to their lack of competence, compassion, and professionalism.

    When I was greeted at the service center I felt reassured my truck would be fixed. I was impressed when Tracy took the scanner to my truck, printed out what was wrong and scheduled service, having Woodrow drive me back and forth was a bonus. It was nice to see a friendly and well organized dealership, I had my truck fixed and returned quickly. Very pleased.

    Came in for a oil change, that I made an appointment for a week ago. Came early @230, had to wait till 3.00 pm It's now 430 and still waiting. The lady before me was 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment. If you make an appointment, the organization should uphold it. Well there are may other GMC and Chevy dealers around.

    They can't fix a leaking sunroof to save there lives. I found problem and have videos of it leaking and where from. Service is horrible. Almost got into accident as water poured out of roof console.

    Very friendly staff! I was very pleased that the team would service my vehicle on a recall that was years old. The recall service was handled within a week which felt reasonable to me given how old my vehicles is. Beyond that I asked Tracy if it was possible to have a new climate control piece installed and she looked high and low to find what I needed. Although it didn't work out in the end I appreciated the effort. If I had to bring one thing to light it would be that I wished I had been updated/contacted more promptly, even if by text or email. It felt like I was in the dark for much of the weeks my car was there. I'm understanding of how this happens though when the workplace is overwhelmed by business and/or understaffed so it didn't take away from my rating in this survey.

    Brought car in for oil change and tire rotation. I placed a L in the brake dust on my left front wheel to make sure the tires were rotated. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, the car was complete. I looked at the wheel and low and behold, the L was still there. I asked the adviser if the tires were rotated and was told yes. I showed them the L. Then I asked to speak to the General Manger were upon I told my story. He apologized. He told me that technician was one of the best. I know we all have bad days, but to get 50% of your work done is not acceptable. The General Manager made it right by offering to refund my money, but I was aggravated that the job wasn't complete. I declined the refund, however he did give me a coupon for a free oil change next time. His name was "Will". He tried to make everything right. It wasn't his fault. Hopefully the technician will be counseled. Whether GM will publish my response is another matter. I frankly don't think so.

    Wonderful dealership with very friendly and professional Associates in all departments. During a routine maintenance service appointment for oil change, lube and tire rotation, the Service Department Associate took care of a recall service which I was not even aware existed - saved me time to schedule a separate appointment. Always find car in great condition and clean after each service appointment to date - have been with this dealership for two years now for my 2019 GMC and when my lease is up next year, will look for a replacement vehicle with this same dealership.

    We were traveling from Georgia back home to Pennsylvania. At some point, the check engine light came on. When we had it checked, it was a serious problem. Tracy got us in that day & started working on the truck. We were given a loaner car so we could still visit our family. The truck was done early the next morning. We had an incredible experience considering it could have been devastating. Thank you for treating tourists as family!!

    Brought our truck back for the same issue we had complained about in previous visit . They failed to detect the problem again and offered driving tips instead after a test drive. We picked the truck up and paid $70 for our trouble . The truck continues to act really weird when we accelerate , it does not do it every time but is very unsettling when it does even using the dealerships driving tips.They say they took the vehicle for a 45 mile test drive but all it needed was to stay in stop and go traffic to detect the problem as it is quite obvious. The staff were very nice but did not solve our problem and the power train warranty has run out so we are left holding the bag. Will try another dealership as we are very disappointed with Hyatt GMC.
