I was at Dick’s Pawn East a couple of weeks ago. I looked at a few gold and diamond necklaces. The selection, quality and prices are great! Juleen was the sales person helping me and she was so knowledgeable and had some really good recommendations. I plan to go back to purchase a necklace as a Christmas present for my daughter.

Jerry the jeweler is the MASTER!!! He is amazing at fixing jewelry as well as creating. I had one diamond earring from a pair that my fiance had given me and one diamond earring from a pair I had gotten when my mother passed. I asked him what to do with them and he suggested to put into a pendant. So I did, he did the work and it turned out gorgeous!! He is a real gem and I would highly, highly recommend him to work on your jewelry. He is a very honest man as well. Thankyou Jerry for everything you do!!

This is the best pawn shop I have ever been to. The jewelry selection and prices were awesome. The customer service experience was so refreshing. Marie Manos was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Wish we lived closer so I could visit more often.

I always go here when I'm on vacation, and it never disappoints. I mostly am interested in records and video games, and the prices for those are very reasonable. Staff was always friendly, and even allowed me to play an accordion despite me not being intent on purchasing that one. Would highly recommend checking them out.

I have pawned with these guys for a while now and they are super great to deal with . They kept my stuff off the floor even though I was 7 days past the pickup date. Mrs. Paula & Mrs. Amber were very respectful & friendly to myself & my 1 year old baby. They offered pleasant conversation & a ice cold drink; my baby’s pacifier fell on the floor & Mrs. Amber immediately rinsed it off. The process didn’t take long @ all I was in & out in no time. Trevor was extremely helpful and I instantly felt trust in him. I was sad to have to bring old jewelry that belonged to my parents to sell. Nothing I’d wear and it was just sitting in a box. My parents would want me to have the value of it for something else. I also had some old postcards that Dick’s Pawn couldn’t buy but Trevor kindly looked up where I should bring them in town to sell.

I recently went to dick’s pawn shop with my father located on Mr. Joe white ave in Myrtle Beach SC. My intentions were to just look at the sig sauer p365xl. To my surprise not only were they carrying what I wanted, but it was brand new never fired. We have been shopping around and comparing local prices so we knew an amazing deal when we heard one. The manager over there not only gave us a extremely great price but the pistol was upgraded with the best optics available. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our decision. They even went above and beyond what we were expecting and shifted the magazine release to the left side to better suit my fathers needs. Free of charge and professionally. Overall had a great experience and will be returning for my next purchase for sure. Highly recommended
