We walked in needed help and within five minutes of being there we were helped and satisfied with all services. Very fast and convenient. Outstanding people! I just want to share my experience with you all so others can know that they are more than just a business but compassionate people also! My husband and I have a title loan with them and with hurricane Florence approaching we had unexpected expenses needed for preparation. We went to them and asked what could be worked out. Due to the tags not being on the vehicle the loan was under we couldn’t drive it up there for a reappraisal so Corey, who is awesome, went out of his way and was able to drive to our home and appraise the vehicle in our drive way and was able to ultimately give us more money back today! This was such an answer to our prayers during this stressful time as this massive storm is approaching. The ladies in the office are always easy to work with, polite, understanding and helpful. We had Lisa Shifflett handle all of our affairs with transferring our title from out of state so we can get a loan. Cory Tompkins helped us with understanding the documents for the loan. Monique Champion also helped us with the paperwork. All 3 of them were very helpful and very knowledgeable about all our needs. I recommend this place to anyone that needs a quick loan.
