I've been a customer for about 15 years or more. Jesse Shade is a great person. If I ever need extra money I know where to go. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Incompetent beyond words. Or crooks. Maybe both. I was never late on a payment and paid off my account in full a month early over the phone. Jesse promised to mail me a letter confirming payoff. Three weeks went by. Nothing except letter asking me to open a new loan. I call back and he says again he will send it . Finally two weeks later it arrives postmarked two days earlier. Meanwhile after 6 weeks my payoff is still not reported to the credit bureau. I file a dispute and they respond by telling Experian my loan was written off as bad debt rather than paid on time!!! My credit score drops 65 points overnight. I call their headquarters and they apologize and email me a letter saying account was paid off in full on time and They tell me they will contact bureau immediately and call me back that day to let me know it is corrected. No one ever calls and I then spend an hour calling HQ back the next day. No one answers the phone. No voicemail. Nothing. So now I've filed another dispute and I'm still stuck with a tanked credit score after paying off my account in full and early and more and more lies. Never in my life have I ever encountered a company this awful. Do not do business with this company under any circumstances! No one needs a loan this badly and there are honest companies out there. If only there was a way to leave zero stars instead of one.
