Huntington Bank Cleveland Ave, Columbus

I have been banking with Huntington for couple years and every time I walk in to this location, the disappointment and the rudeness can be felt with the first step in. Moving my business to better bank come next year. 😡🤬 Never open a business account with Huntington at this branch. Worse people ever at this location.

Do yourself a favor and go to a different branch. They should close this branch if they are not going to provide better service to the commy.

Terrible place to do your banking needs. Their Drive thru ATM was out of service today. They didn’t close it and put a sign on it. I drove by, inserted my card and it took my card without transaction and wouldn’t return it. I went inside and they had just closed for service but there was 3 women inside I knocked and they stood there, laughed and ignored me. I just wanted them to give me my card back. I watched them pull my card out of there and that one girl, look at me standing outside and they continued to ignore me. They could have handed me my card back. I had important business matter and needed my card back. I will never ever go to that location again. Changing banks is also something I’m considering.

The worst bank I've ever been too,straight up lied and made me and my fiance feel like criminals,I see why their rating is a 1.8,it should be a 0,the customer service stunk badddd,I am filing complaints on them, as I said before,this branch here stay away people

40 minutes wait time to cash a check. One teller that handles drive thru and lobby , she was trying her best but this branch failed at scheduling enough employees.

Literally the worst bank I have ever seen in my life. There were 3 customers in the store and 3 people working behind the counter, and no one helped us for 20 minutes, one of the customers ended up just leaving. There are also so rude and unprofessional when speaking with you, employees are on their cell phone, listening to music, have an attitude, etc. Shame on Huntington Corporate for not doing anything about this branch.

I have only had good experiences here! Just a heads up they are only allowing you to enter the building by appointment due to COVID. I didn’t realize this until I got there, but they were very accommodating and prompt and got me an appointment very quickly when I called the number. I know they have got their hands full with these changes, but they have managed to be so patient and helpful!

They are very slow. You would see sometimes the staff not working and giving hard time to a one teller to do all the job. You can tell there is abuse going on. The corporate needs to do something about this and make sure quality work is being done.

Terrible customer service. The bank tellers are doing other tasks in front of you, unpleasant attitudes, and slow when it comes to assistance with guests.

This place is SLOW! On top of that, they have prejudices against Somali people. It's weird because that's Majority of the people who bank at this location. There's a difference between following rules and regulations and being plain prejudice! Unexptable behavior from some of the staff!
