They have really cool employees there (or owners whatever they are lol). Been there twice and each time they gave me fair prices on selling and even pawning too. This is the only place I go to now. Fair, helpful, and willing to compromise. Good vibes and good experiences is all I've felt coming here. I don't see how this place has 1-star reviews (although its only like 2 or 3). If you have a problem with this place, then the problem most likely lies within. They aren't snobby, unreasonable, and tyrants like most (pretty much every other) pawn shops in Columbus are... They will work with you, and even buy things other places don't care for and they'll do the best they can to get you the best price, they have to profit too I understand the business, but they still will compromise and get you a good deal too so you will most definitely walk out feeling good and at the worst, semi-satisfied. -Julian

This is absolutely the greatest place ever. Always the best service , extremely polite and respectful! Definitely recommend to anybody ! Don't go to all those other places , just come in here so you don't have to deal with all of the bad business everywhere else !!! 5 stars all the way

Best pawnshop in Columbus. Treated me really well and is run by honest folk. Selection of goods to buy isn't huge - but has a diverse selection of quality goods. I won't go to any other pawnshop ever again.

I just want to say what a great experience here. I've been to other pawn shops before but never dealt with such a very nice honest person. Gave me a great deal on my pawn. Answered my questions honestly and gave me suggestions on other things I had. After I left I have sent him photos of other things and he checked to see if I had anything of value. Thank you for your humble and outgoing customer service . You definitely give a a different look and belief in the pawn world keep being you.

Worst service ever !!! I called to get an estimate for pawning an item and the guy that works there was so rude and nasty!!! And then he said he doesn’t buy or pawn that specific item

This shop is always on top of their game. A simple comment turned to gold for me. They unearthed a treasure I had been in the hunt for for years. Great experience! I’ll be telling others to check this shop out!

I have honestly never walked into a place where I felt as appreciated as I have today . So much positivity in this place ! This world is full of so many negative people these days ... it was a relief to see that there is still nice respectful well-mannered people left in this world !! Very rude customer service. Walked in with a gaming PC, while my gf carried a box with a ps4 console/games with a few other gaming items such as wireless headsets, controllers, accessories. Was not greeted or even acknowledged for a good while, was just standing there awkwardly for what felt like a long time (don’t know how a pawn shop works too well so I kinda just waited my turn or for some sort of direction from the employees). The owner or employee working finally just looked at me and said “I don’t deal with that kinda stuff”. He didn’t even look to see what I was bringing in or nothing just said that very rudely to me. Will definitely check out another pawn shop, maybe one who buys electronics or try my luck online somewhere.

Went in on 06/29 and purchased an iPad pro. Josh was super professional and knowledgeable. He even helped me set it up so I can use it for my business. The store was very clean and accommodating. Will definitely be returning and telling all my friends about the shop and the excellent customer service I received!
