Huntington Bank Central Ave, Toledo

I walked in to open a checking account, since I already have a mortgage with this bank. Both bank execs were busy. This great teller comes from behind the counter to ask how they can help. I told her, and she went to the lady exec. to let her know. The lady exec was just chatting with a guy. She saw me sitting there and waiting. The guy stood up giving her a hug and her telling him "love you too". The teller then told me she will be with me in a few minutes. I told her thank you, while looking over at the lady exec as she MAKES a phone call. As I sat there, I was getting very frustrated. I got up and left. The nerve of me to interrupt her conversation. I won't return to this branch. I may try another. I'm not sure. Thank goodness I'm not a multimillionaire, yet. I'm just a middle aged Black Woman trying to conduct my business.

I probably the most frequent visit customers at their branch to request documents for my mortgage requirement with different bank. Everyone is so welcoming despite I do not have existing mortgage loan application with them. Thumbs up to Kelly and all 5 other tellers who are there most of the time.

Andrew did a fantastic job with my son on opening up his first account. Thank you for making this a good experience for him. Andrew seemed personable, took his time, and made us feel welcome! Thank you!

Nice bank with friendly employees. I enjoy going there. Nobody is there to give you a hassle. Check it out if you need a new bank!

I walked into this branch at 11:26 am on a Saturday to open a checking/business account. I was greeted by a female representative who was finishing helping another customer. She asked if I needed a Teller or a Banker. I replied Banker. Her reply: I’m the only Banker here today, so I won’t be able to help you today, we do close at noon, and it takes about 40 minutes. Would you like to make an appointment to come back? Me: No Ma’am, I had an account here before leaving the state, and wanted to return to this bank because it’s what I know. Her: I have an appointment for next Friday at 5:00pm. Me: No thank you, I’m googling a bank that can help me today, and it looks like PNC bank is open until 2pm. Her: if you look out this window, you can see PNC from here. She proceeded to give me DIRECTIONS! 🤦🏽‍♀️ 😮 Very disappointed 😠

So far huntington bank is the far best especially this location. Their atm does cause some problems sometimes but other than that they are better than any other banks.

Do bother trying to talk to them about missing money the fat girl​ at the one desk will just tell you it's your fault and keep over talking you they allowed someone to take 120 out of my account then hit me with 3 overdraft fees. I would never use this company again

This bank suck if you have the ability to go to another I would advise you to do so since new management this bank has gone down hill
