I would not recommend this company because of communication issues. I used them and they were helpful but very slow. Every time I call just to ask a question they were always too busy just to take a moment to help me. I was always told that I had to schedule a call and that would be days away. Not being able to ask a question about your credit sometimes can’t wait. They did get some items removed but it took months. They send letters in the beginning that don’t get to the root because they want to stretch out your subscription. I had trouble with one company and had to send a registered letter myself which got the item removed. They do not have good personal service and don’t care about you. They send the letters each month to get their money and then that is it with only doing what they have too. In short they are too busy and lump letters together just to get their money.

As soon as I signed up they immediately began working in my behalf sending out dispute letters. They keep me up to date on what’s going on & also send me helpful tips explaining the process & how to keep my credit in good standing. So far I am very impressed with their professionalism & knowledge!

I’ve always been a little skeptical of credit repair businesses but I can honestly say this has been a pleasant experience. I greatly appreciate all the emails, text messages and automated calls regarding status of my credit repair. So I realized that my credit was bad but not from poor money management but from not having enough credit history. I was always a save money and buy it right out kinda person. Having no credit history is worse than having bad credit. Creditors know they can make money off folks with bad credit while folks with no credit history are a risk. I started with Witness Riches in August 2019. So far I have seen a 30 point increase. The team keeps me updated on the status of my file, as well as providing valuable information to help me reach my goals. Im very happy with them so far *UPDATE* Witness Riches was not able to remove any of the most relevant derogatory information. My above positive review was made with incentive of a discount on monthly rate. They did remove older accounts that would have fallen off anyway. I followed their program and my score never got into 700 range under them. They work to remove "something" so they can post they had 40 plus deletions, but most of mine would have fallen off soon anyway. In short they do get stuff removed, but what is removed is so old it doesnt matter..My opinion save your money.

I been in the program for about three weeks now. I very impress with the service so far. I had a question about the program so I emailed my case worker within 24 hour she responded and answers all of my questions. I had my first monthly meeting and my worker was very professional. I need to raise my credit score a few points to buy a house. Jason And his team did that in just a few days. With in the first week they had letters out to every creditor challenging there debt and making sure it was done correctly. I also ran into a snare with an old repo and getting past underwriting and Chris helped with several options to take care of it. I recommend Witness Riches to anyone needing to repair there credit. They ask for you to be patient an give them a couple months but in my experience it took a couple weeks to see improvement. 5 out of 5, reasonably priced and super easy to work with. I have been with Witness Riches since Oct 20. I made the decision to start working on my credit. I love the way my credit counselor is always in touch with me about every single item on my credit report that I have questions about. My credit score is a lot better now and have now been able to secure a credit card (something I thought I would never be able to do again). I would highly recommend. If I can do it you can too. Not very good credit repair service a lot of talk no results. I know nothing happen overnight but I never had anything disputed on my credit report . We’re going on 60 day no results I say spend a little more and get better service.My expectations are not out of bounds I lower my credit ratio to under 30percent and made sure I paid everything on time I believe your company scam and review are not actual client. How can something be removed if u never send a dispute to credit bureaus?

I started using their DIY program last year. I was seeing results but my schedule got hectic. I recently joined the credit repair and within 24 hours round 1 went out. I have sent collection letters and they have sent responses out to them the next day! They keep me updated and they actually respond. Well worth my money! Sometimes you have to her the professionals and I am very happy I did!

I’ve been with this company since the end of September I believe.It’s now December soon to be January and nothing has changed. I’ve been receiving email stating they sent out dispute letters. Nothing on my credit report shows anything being disputed. Why do I see other people getting results from themselves or other credit repair companies from the credit bureaus.When I sent out my own letters the credit bureaus had I put in disputes 2 weeks after receiving my letters. They canceled my membership and I didn’t even cancel it. They did not update my report for November I had to remind them. To me nothing is being done I’m just being told letters are going out. I have been sending my ID and updated utility bills so I don’t know what’s going on at this point.I’m about to pay them again for December and still no results smh.If I don’t see nothing happening by the end of January I’m canceling.

Its been about 5 months and the only reason we saw a minor increase was because I applied for a credit card for him. I have alot of hope for this company so praying things will work out for us.
