    Would give 0 stars if it were an option. This company does not work with its customers for payments. They do shady business. They sold my loan without notice and then, after selling my loan, continued turning my car off on me even though the new finance company was receiving my payments and it was not showing in their system that my vehicle had been disabled. I have to jump through hoops every two weeks just to be able to start my POS.

    My experience with a supervisor name JILL very very rude and disrespectful . I asked to speak to Lori and JILL answered her call Lori is on vacation . This supervisor was talking at me not talking to me and the second call I asked to connect me to the person I just spoke with when she page to Lori it to the phone supervisor answer the phone and said I told you Lori was on vacation very nasty I asked her if she had a bad morning and is there anybody else I can speak to. I don’t ever want to speak to her again nasty attitude.

    Do NOT recommend… this place is so petty and hurting for money they will turn your car off not even 24 hours after your car payment is due. I have 100% on time payments but the one day I’m sick and don’t want to go deposit money I was waiting until the morning they shut my car off before they even opened at 9 am…. Can’t call and tell them I’m going to deposit money because they have their phones off until 9 am… so once again late to work because they want to be petty over $100 payment. Cannot WAIT to trade my car in somewhere else so I don’t have to deal with this place!

    The people that work there have THE WORST ATTITUDES u could imagine. They don't work with their customers. They will flat out LIE to get more money out of u, and even worse, they'll FRAUDULENTLY run your credit without your knowledge or consent (which is illegal). Do yourself the biggest favor ever and START AWAY from this place

    They destroyed my credit for a car I paid off. With a receipt paid in full with their signature and all. I would not purchase anything from them or recommend no one.

    I have had my car for over 2 years and I’ve never dealt with anyone as rude and not understanding as heather. I asked for one day not even I asked to have until 4 pm to make my car payment because my check was late and I wouldn’t have time to go to the bank and to drop my son off at the baby sitter and she refused and gave me one hour to basically get to work and then shut my car off. So now not only am I late to work I had to rush around to go to the bank then drop my son off to the baby sitter and now I am late to work because she couldn’t just give me until after work to pay it. Act like I asked for an extension for days or weeks it was literally until I got off of work.

    This is the most money-hungry and unprofessional company I have ever experienced. Extremely high interest rate - the total price including interest was over $21,000 on a vehicle that wasn’t worth even half that. They do not worth with you on payments at all, if you don’t pay the vehicle is shut off until payment is made.. take in mind I had an emergency that made me unable to pay one week and I was met with rudeness, no compassion or care at all except for questioning when they’d receive their money and that they can’t do anything until they get it. The vehicle was surrendered and the interest is still racking up at 4%. When expressed that I can’t afford $400 per month on a vehicle that isn’t even in my possession, they “agreed” on $175 a month until requesting a lowered amount that is currently at $100 a month. I have been threatened in the past that after one missed payment I will be sued and 25% will be garnished. I have requested a new due date that they refuse to give or allow, so I always pay by the end of the month.. starting the day after the “due date” I am harassed multiple times a day by call, text, email and Facebook. One specific employee, “Amanda”, always messages in all capital letters of which is extremely unprofessional. When questioning the account, payment amount, due date, and interest I have always been met with rudeness. I do NOT recommend this company.. do not fall for the “specials” or “deals”. I walked in with no vehicle and walked out of there with keys to a car that I paid no money down on, but have went through hell since. Not worth it at all. Edited to add: The only employee I have encountered at NCFS that has been kind and caring, even if it’s just to take the payment over the phone, is Robin. She has excellent customer service skills that would be valuable to any company she works for (unfortunately it’s a company that doesn’t value customers or anything that doesn’t land them more $$$).

    One missed car payment and your car is off. NO MATTER WHAT. I told them I had a 2 week shut down so I wasn’t able too pay, so I couldn’t go to work all this week, because I couldn’t pay. I have had problems with the vehicle since I drove it off the lot. A piece of my muffler was cut off between the muffler so it’s making noises. The check engine light came on after 2 days of having the vehicle. I have changed 6 tires since I had the car. The car tires was 2 inches off sidewalls so the tires keep going low. I’m trading my car in I pay 300 a month for 2009 car and 26.6 interest. And paying 11k for a car worth 3. Don’t go to them you’ll regret it. They don’t care if you had a health issue preventing you from working for a week and you don’t get paid car shut. I regret going to them I can’t wait too pay off my principle loan to trade the vehicle in too prevent another repossession

    For the most part they’ve been fine. However, the company sold my account to another lender and informed me via text one week before my next payment was due. That’s not great customer service.

    No heads up! I just found out my account was sold to another company. Northcoast did not reach out to me by mail, email or phone call. I'm pretty sure they had a 30+ day window on about account's being sold to another company.

    I tried making a payment online with the account number they gave me but the the new system(pay near me) blocked me from being able to do it and I got off work late so I couldn't call anybody. I sent emails with screenshots proving this, to the people I had been talking to for the past few months about this account. I called the next day and found out they didn't even have me registered in the system to be able to pay. Also, while I was on the phone with the lady who registered me, she tried to get me to give her my card info, while saying that she didn't know why I had trouble paying and that I might have trouble paying again online in the future. I found out that she registered me by getting a confirmation text and email while I was on the phone with her. That's also how I realized I wasn't registered before the phone call. I also sent proof of not being registered until then in emails. Now it looks like there's a late fee for not paying the day before when I was at work all day and their system wouldn't let me pay. You all seriously call two or three times a day after a payment is due but can't even Register people to be able to pay? Can't wait to see how they respond on Monday.

    This place is rude when they call you, they don't introduce themselves or ask for the person they are calling for... they jump right into conversation about your card being declined.. and you the customer let them have it because the phone call came out the blue. you never had issues with your payments.. retrain your employees with customer service skills along with communication. North Coast needs a attitude check.. stop calling your customers and talking to them crazy.. example I pay my car note faithfully every two weeks. On Fridays.. my bank hold the money and it is on hold for up to three days.you get paid no later than Tuesday.. don't call me talking about my card has declined. Because you trying to run it a couple of times. No. it is on a biweekly schedule. Update- North Coast has shut down my car. I tried calling them they were closed. I sent an email and a screen shot of my account to show them that they ran my card or whatever. Monday I will be up there to talk to the rude lady and her Supervisor. Hopefully they get it right the first and last time.

    This has got to be the worst place to do business with. I have never met a company so rude. I think i have only spoken with 2 nice people in the whole business. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE IS. I had my vehicle turned off on me even tho i paid my payment. Said it must of been a mix up in the system. Like how does that even happend when i have to give you my last 4 of my ssn before you can find my file.

    Had my car over 2 years NEVER WAS LATE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT! My trans went out and this time I could not make my payment and fix my car....car shut off maybe 2 days after 1 missed payment. They were always very pleasant but definitely do not have options if you need to make a late payment. After they shut my car off I was done.

    When i first got the car it was in and out of the shop for the first week that I had it. I still made my payments. Now my job was shut down from December 23 to January 2nd because of the holiday I told them this! I also told them that i will be able to pay this weeks payment and next weeks payment next week. They still shut off my car and now i have no way to get to and from work and my kids to daycare! I cant wait until im done paying the car off so I can be done with this company because this is literally unreasonable😑
