    My car broke down about a month ago from today , called and told the car place to pause my payments due to not knowing if I was going to fix the car or not. Got a call from Andrew about 3-4 wks later asking if my car was getting fixed and I decided I was going to fix it after all. Forward to today I made a payment with my old debit and he goes “it says the card is invalid “I explained yes I got a new debit card and I will read that number off to you. FYI this is a new debit card and I was having a hard time seeing the numbers I read it off 3x to him and his response was “it’s a new debit card and you can’t read it” very rudely. Now I get paid oppose weeks that my car payment is due and I made them aware of that Andrew replies okay so you will call this Friday again and make another payment after explaining I don’t get paid till the following week. He is very rude , never is respectful and acts like you owe him money personally. I FELL BAD FOR WHOEVER HAS TO DEAL WITH HIM.

    I bought my car at the beginning of 2020, and was told how great of a company this was. First all before I go into any detail, I just want to say if you ever need help talk to Craig..he is very understand. Anytime I’ve ever called to extend a payment, Andrew is completely rude. He questions me about how I spend MY money, and questions why I don’t have any money for my payment. When Covid-19 hit, I was unable to make a payment due to being laid off and I explained my situation to him, and Andrew has the audacity to tell me there are people in worse situations than me. He is very unprofessional. I get anxiety just calling in to extend a payment a few days.

    Almost everytime I make a payment I get a fantastic man named Andrew. Hes always incredibly kind and understanding. They have outstanding customer service in my experience and give you a great opportunity to get your credit up

    This is my first time dealing with them. Today was supposed to be my first payment but due to my kids having health issues I wasn’t at work. I explained this to them and asked them If I could just combine this payment and next paychecks payment together I would still be on time for the third payment. I was told by andrew “oh well I would need it today.” I was told if I knew I was going to be late to call them and let them know and they would “help in any situation.” That’s definitely a big lie. They closed at 5:30 and I got off of work at 5. My car is currently sitting at a gas station because they turned it off and I don’t get paid for a whole nother week.

    I called one time to extend my payment date and they kinda scolded me about it. But other than that I was with them 3 years, once I recover from coronavirus debt I'll probably go back 100%

    This company is a hit and miss at the same time. Craig and the lady there are very nice and awesome to work with but if you get andrew just hang up the phone. There PassTime device is faulty which is okay but the problem is andrew took zero steps to help me fix the issue. He’s rude snobby and thinks he’s better then everyone else it seems. I’ve never missed a payment once with these guys it’s been over a year and andrew still talks to me with disrespect every time I speak to him. You can’t ask him a single question he doesn’t have an answer. Craig actually called me back with solutions to my problems and I appreciate that which is why I’m still giving three stars. And it has helped my credit a lot! If andrew wasn’t there there no doubt that this place would have way better ratings. Check out how many people complain about him in the reviews why he’s still employed there is beyond me. And to people reading these reviews before signing don’t let one had apple ruin the company overall has been decent

    I am very disappointed. My husband and I have been with them for over 2 years. We are near the end of our contract. The government shut down and he is on military orders. We were told regardless of when the shutdown ends, pay will be delayed with no definitive date. I’m currently not working because he is away. They are giving me 4 days to come up with $200 or find another means of transportation. For a customer that communicates often and tries to make payments early. We will not be using them again. More than likely will pay note off early and be done.

    I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FINANCING THROUGH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They are completely unprofessional with handling any problems or issues you may have especially with what you're paying the company in interest, it's ridiculous!! I have been with them for 7.5 months to build my credit to refinance. I have had issues from receiving receipts all the way to having my car dis activated despite an I time payment. They have pass time devices on the vehicles and don't have good communication with passtime!!! I spoke with BRENDA and CEO STEVE who both were unprofessional and we're talking about me in the background while I was sitting there on the phone. I REPEAT, save yourself the hassle and DONT FINANCE THROUGH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

    They make you believe they will work with you on payments if needed but that is not true! You get drilled as if you were a child when asking to delay a payment. Will try to get out of this quickly !! And we have had nothing but problems with the vehicle we financed !! Add salt to the wound ! The male that works there is a complete jerk!!
