Huntington Bank Karl Rd, Columbus

Long lines. Slow staff. Arcane rules (they refused to deposit a small check endorsed "for deposit only" even though I presented my ID and was depositing into my own account.) They're running a hobby, not a real bank: they just on a whim change their so-called policies to make it inconvenient to deal with them. Even using their app is impossible it's so loaded down with ads. I did call to speak with a manager after I was given the runaround trying to deposit a mere $80 into my own checking account. I typed this entire review and am still waiting on hold (20 minutes now.... and counting...so called manager Justin was unable to even answer the phone for a long time, and when I explained this issue, he said there was no reason the teller shouldn't have done this properly the first time... THEN HE CHANGED HIS MIND and said, oh, its POLICY that our bank does not allow depositing of checks "for deposit only" ). The poor experience and slow service has caused me to decide to bank elsewhere. You should, too.

I closed my account a while ago with them in this branch, but I received a bill today on my credit card stating, I have $$__ balance due. It not only hampered my credit score, but I had to spend all my day getting calls transferred from one department to another with no definitive outcome. The level of incompetency they posses is beyond measurable. Majority of customer service people working for this bank are rude and wont care about their clients. Overall, my experience with this bank was disappointing. Shame on you Huntington!

We waited for 30-40 minutes to get w a personal banker , apparently the only personal banker they have there. Her name is Melissa.E.Pfister , well after she got back from lunch she "helped us " open and account. She was absolutely no help , she didn't explain the account to detail , she didnt meet our banking needs, than she forgot she had another appointment and the people where waiting in the lobby , she rushed us to get our of there, she dudnr answer all my question , she was just so unprofessional . I will be closing my accounts there. !

Huntington claims to be number 1 in small business well I'm a small business and they dont care 1 bit about anything, just like all the other banks they just want your money any which way they can get it. Huntington sucks

The branch on Karl rd is the worst!!!! Went on a Saturday morning and they only had two tellers helping drive tru and front area it was really frustrating :( they tried there best but there is always a long wait.

The customer service is excellent but somehow the service is very slow. The guys on the counter do amazing job ...service or help is faster. All the staff that I met or help me at this branch are amazing. The problem is you need time and patience to wait and get their help. I would give 5***** if the service was faster or quicker. Again, I don't blame them coz they're dealing with money and a lot of rules, regulations and bureaucracy.

If I could I would give them no stars. This Asian Chinese i don’t know lady had a very bad attitude towards my brother. Really don’t recommend this Huntington. I also asked if I could see my ID and she got an attitude, I do not recommend this Huntington at all the Huntington at Easton is way better.

It is very bad service, and slow, this is the third time come to her and I can't find anybody help me, no boday her and no service.

ALWAYS VERY SLOW. ALWAYS LONG WAITS.

Expect to wait no less than 20 to 25 minutes in the drive thru. This location is extremely slow. Very understaffed. Piss poor customer service!
