Huntington Bank Highland Rd, Waterford Twp

I didn't expect this to ever happen. I was at the bank early to cash some of my change in because times are getting really hard. I had a car pull up and block me in the spot and a women came out and said "for the safety of our staff I'm going to have to ask you to leave until we open." I really don't understand how I could be putting anyone in danger. I am a single mom with a small car and I was just sitting in it because I have to be to work soon after they open. This was a huge eye opener that I will not be returning to this branch unless it's for the ATM (which you can never deposit cash in because it's full everyday). I love Huntington but the staff need to have some respect and decency to there customers.

Huntington bank is a great place where I do my banking. The staff is very nice and caring and very helpful. The inside of the bank is very clean and well maintained.

ATM never work at any locations. This location you cannot do anything for the last week. The location at Baldwin an brown you can only deposit one bill at a time.... this is ridiculous

By far the WORST experience I’ve ever dealt with in my life!!! The customer service I got here was TERRIBLE!!! I will never deal with Huntington again! They held my Legit check for two weeks all because a banker made a careless mistake!!! I asked them “was my check available?” and they told me “come in to get the funds” & when I got there they told me I had to wait an additional 2 weeks, waisted time and Gas!! The bankers were very rude to me today. They did their job careless and made several of mistakes with my account! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

Definitely a bank you can trust. My parents have been with Huntington bank for over 30 years and in 2022 I've been with them for 10 years and I would not bank anywhere else.

I had a great experience at this branch. Very friendly staff, expeditious, processed my transactions quickly and unlike other banks (competitors) did ask a buch of dales questions.

Jodie was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me. She and the other people working all had positive attitudes and made the experience pleasant and easy.

Quick service and everyone is so nice. Love that they have a notary service on site!

I had two major problems with my account. Somebody got into my checking and my debit card was stolen. They took $510. Everything was fixed in a weeks time. Huntington really took care of me!

Always had great help and friendly staff. Can't say I have had any issues with this bank
