I just signed up with Lexington Law about some stuff with my auto loan and credit cards. I spook with Rochelle Acero and she was great with all my questions answered fast and is gonna help get me back on track. I am 21 and had little bumps hit on my credit and I am gonna work with them to see what they can do for me. I will leave another review in a couple month and let you know how they did.

I am a Loan Officer and every time I hear Lexington Law I know the client was screwed out of all ears. I look at thousands of credit reports a year and I can spot a Lexington Law job every single time. The first thing they do is put everything in dispute. This artificially inflates your credit score. Mortgage Lenders cannot work with credit reports with multiple accounts in dispute so you shoot yourself in the foot there. The second thing they do is have you report Utility Bills and boom their job is done and they will continue to draw their 150 or so a month to "monitor and repair" your credit. So basically you're left with no chance of getting a loan from anywhere and paying this company to do that. Thanks but no thanks. I highly encourage seeking a legitimate credit repair company.

I am super happy I decided to reach out to Lexington Law. My case was moderately complicated and it took some time, but the end result was negative items being removed from all 3 credit bureaus. We had an issue turning in a leased car at the end of our term, and it was a mistake on the car finance companies part for misreporting to the credit bureaus. As a result, my husband and I both had charge-offs with each credit bureau. It ruined a lot of opportunities for us, and the three bureaus did nothing to help us (too difficult to communicate with them) and the auto financing company was a pain in the rear-end and wasn't interested in backing us up due to a late payment on our turn in fee for our lease. three years of flawless payments and a miscommunication about the end terms resulted in a credit mess. It was super stressful. Anyway, my advice when working with Lexington...make sure you stay in communication with the paralegals especially in the beginning. Be patient. Also, reevaluate the package you select with them. I didn't do this and could have saved some money the last few months.

BEWARE RIPOFF!! the advertised $14 to pull your credit and review your case. After a couple of weeks you get your first bill for "first work" which is basically sending challenges (which you can do yourself for free) for $110. I got paid the opposite week my bill was due so I made a payment arrangement for that date. I literally received more than 4 calls a day 7 days a week from them. The first couple of times they called I told the operator I made an arrangement and they said I'll make a note but never stopped calling. Finally I stopped answering. I ended up paying the account before the arrangement date but I saw no change on my account other than a few letters sent so I decided to cancel. I chatted with someone and she kept trying to give me discounts. I said no just cancel and she said my final bill was $60! I asked what it was for and she said work we did. So I asked what work was done and she said pulling report and sending letters. So I didn't understand the initial $14 was for reports and the $110 was for analysis and letters. She simply said we sent another letter. This company is charging a large amount of money for a small amount of work and throwing fees around just taking people money. Crooks!

I was skeptical at first with so many scams out there but, I did my homework and then decided to work with Lexington Law. This was one of the best (financial) decisions I made in 2019. Even though I had been monitoring my financial status monthly through Experian and another service, none of the numerous negative and/or inaccurate comments were part of their reviews on my accounts. Due to Lexington Law's hard work several of those comments have been corrected and my credit score is improving (from fair to good). There is still work to be done and I have no doubt I will be seeing a "very good" soon on my credit report.

    Response from the owner

Hello Jean, thank you for your review. We here at Lexington Law Firm are pleased to hear you have had such a great experience repairing your credit thus far. Lexington Law removed two items from my credit history and working hard to work on increasing my credit score! They reduced my monthly bill from 130 dollars a month to almost 25 dollars a month. I was able to show proof to creditors when applying for credit cards that I have someone working on my credit due to Identity theft. I was able to send them the letters Lexington Law provided s proof I am working to get my credit fixed!

I heard about Lexington Law from someone that used them literally years ago. I found that they are still true to the game. I am very green when it comes to understanding credit. I was educated by Asiya on how I can improve my scores. She made me feel like I was very valuable with her patience in the million questions I threw at her. Thank you Asiya as I am glad I chose Lexington Law. Also people please know that you will not be disappointed when you create an online account because you are able to follow the process as they work to remove the negative items on your credit report. Thank You Lexington Team!

My fiancé inquired about their programs to repair credit. She cancelled the subscription which they claim she could do at any time, they maybe looked into things 3 days for her. She said it wasn’t worth the price. They claimed they cancelled her subscription and that they wouldn’t charge her. Here we are months later in the hospital and my fiancé just had a high risk c section with our daughter, they charged her on a Sunday over 149.00$ which isn’t even the cost of their most expensive “repair” effort. It’s more and she can’t call them and the bank is closed because it’s a Sunday. She has been sick and needed me to care for her so I have not been working either. They drew her account so negative we didn’t even have the money to drive home from the hospital that was 40 minutes from our home. They literally lied to her on the phone, took money months later we didn’t have. It’s just sick really. Don’t use this company, they’re not worth it. Sincerely John D & Ashley F.

I joined the Lexington law in April 2017. My credit score was 587. Today my credit score is 731. However, while Lexington law is working towards removing negative items from your credit report, your scores will be jumping up and down. Don't be alarmed, because anytime there's an dispute or removal of any kind that's Lexington law working on your behalf. Just sit back and let them work for you. Lexington laws customer service is fantastic. They will explain any questions or concerns that you may have. Calling Lexington law to help repair my credit was the best decision that I ever made. A friend told me about Lexington law and I told my family and friends. My niece has Lexington law working on her credit today.

I read tons of reviews that of course were mixed with good and bad. I went on to their website and read those reviews, also reading about the company and how they do things. It was a few hours of online reading, reviewing for me. Lexington Law did mention that while they do take longer than the other credit companies, that that was expected if signing on with them. I signed on & 10 months later lots were removed and then some!. I am a very satisfied client and truly happy that I took the chance with Lexington Law!. The very few times that I called, customer service was great & always answered my questions. Thanks Lexington Law for getting me back on track!!.

In just a couple months, I'm to the point of looking for a house. Something I NEVER thought I could do anytime soon with my credit score when they started. They worked fast for me and my husband and it's going to end up being much cheaper than any other lawyer. Highly recommend!

Do not use these ppl to help you. They are not that helpful, and do not advise you on how to resolve issues with your credit. They will just say they are working on things month after month. you might see one issue resolved, but if there are more issues, dont expect them to work with you to resolve them. they will just take your money month after month. Instead of paying this company, pay down any outstanding credit you might have with that money instead. It will probably go further than lexington law ever would.

Up until just recently, I would have given them 5 stars. First, I was with the company since July of 21. Recently I have not seen much activity in my account so I decided I was going to cancel, which is a whole other story, #2. Upon checking my account I noticed I did not receive a discount for signing up my daughter. Back in January I was sent an email that offered 50% to me for signing someone up and 50% to them if they joined. My daughter joined and neither of us have received the discount in the last two billing cycles. Upon my chat of canceling I mentioned this to the representative and she questioned the deal. She said you only get 50% when you sign someone up within 72 hours of you joining. I said it was a special that was offered to me, but she continued to question me. At the time I could not remember how I was offered this special...if I called, or if it was text to me, I just could not remember and I told her this. She did offer me a discount but only if I continued with the program...I said fine I guess I’ll stay with the program one more month. She then retracted and said I do not want you to stay with the company just to get the discount. But I felt this was the only way I was going to get the deal that was offered. We continued to go back and forth until I finally found the email and copy and pasted it into the chat. That apparently was not good enough for her because I was questioned if it was mailed directly to me. 🤦🙄Well yes it was, and I can forward the email. So I uploaded the email while she reviewed and came back with only one discount to me. I said, "and my daughter's account??" She responded with I'm sorry but the policy is within 72 hours of joining she would get the discount. I responded I'm sorry too, because that's not what it states in the email, black and white it states… I get 50% and she gets 50%, no time limit no stipulations, no small print. So I would like what is rightfully due to me without being bribed to continue with the program. She took another moment to review and ended up giving me 50% off of my daughter's account. Why did it have to come to this??? 45 minutes of trying to prove myself when it should have been given to us 1 to 2 to billing cycles ago no questions asked. I’m appalled. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?? Now for the 2nd reason, back in November, I was chatting with another representative that offered to me a new technique of “notarizing” that would continue negotiating with the few creditors that refused to remove a couple late accounts and it was no additional cost. These were actuallyfrom years ago when I had an injury and was getting a little behind in bills, and just wanted to get them removed, so I agreed and had her move forward with this notarizing technique. Fast forward to my conversation today March 28th 2022, mind you 4 months later. I was speaking with her about the reason I wanted to cancel...mostly because there had not been much activity lately, she offered the notarizing technique to me at no additional cost. I told her I was under the impression that this technique was already being applied in my account. She responded with not that I see. What?!?!?! I wondered what anyone has been doing within my account for the last 4 months, if anything, because it wasn't what I thought. I was not going to make any more waves.. I just wanted to be done with this conversation now. If you plan on signing on with Lexington Law, just don’t let it go on any longer then need be, I feel they take advantage and slow the process down after the first few months when a lot of action is going on. Also, My daughter had 1 mutual card with her mother in law that was actually giving her good credit and it was removed from her account. Which made her credit go way down. Didn’t make much sense to me.

Absolute fraud !!! I signed up 1 year ago to get a incorrectly posted cell bill off my account , the rep on the phone said that should be easy , maybe a month or two. I called in after one month and they had t even pulled all of the credit reports I paid for . After 2 months I called back in with no results and was told the first rep I spoke to must have been confused and it takes multiple months . After 5 months they sent letters to an old debt outside of the bank one I called about and was a priority resulting in an update to my account and re-aging the debt dropping my score almost 80 points …. 2 months later they Acknowledged that they had not started the account that I wanted as a primary going to be addressed and and promised me A refund for the previous month as well as that they would get started on us immediately. When I checked my account again they had not started it until roughly 4 months later with still no results so after paying them for years were the services and they only took off one account that had a zero balance and was not really affecting my score in a negative way

My husband and I signed up yesterday and were assisted by COLE, he was so professional and encouraging about our credit scores and realistic with us about our goals we discussed. I really appreciate the patience he took with us and how knowledgeable he was in answering our questions and making sure that we understood before moving forward. I usually don’t give reviews, but COLE was so personable and was so positive that I’m very happy with choosing your company to help my families credit repair.

These folks are more than happy to take your money every month, but do not get any real results. I'm not talking about fixing bad decisions and not paying bills. I have verified proof that an auto creditor made a big mistake on my records and they still couldn't fix the problem after 5 months and hundreds of dollars.

Here is why for my 1 star... It's been 7 months since start, they started with the generic process..."sending letters to all creditors to try to ask to correct if any error" now, anybody can do this, its a simple letter.... I've called numerous times about a specific issue with my credit card reporting and needing to dispute it ASAP. I've also emailed whom they suggested as lawyweyrs that can help me with additional fee, no luck. After these months all I am seeing is generic letters going out and nothing really related to my issue to begin with. I've lost time and money, I have taken things into my own hands just this week and I am seeing results, I contacted the 3 bureaus and they are actually working on it now. Lexington Law, not sure what this is about but you should take care of your customers instead of showing them a dashboard with numbers.
