My experience at Waterford Mitsubishi was so wonderful. Luke is the salesman that sold me my SUV. His personality and salesmanship is so phenomenal. After sitting with Luke you will feel like you have a new friend. The entire time that I was there, he made me feel so comfortable and we kept each other laughing. 🤣 I received my SUV on June 1, 2022. And I, my daughter and my grandson are enjoying it to this day. A few days later, Luke also sold my uncle a F-150. And he as well is enjoying his new vehicle. And yes, my uncle really enjoyed sitting with Luke as well. He said,, "Luke is so cool". I'm very pleased with my experience at Waterford Mitsubishi. I called to inquire about the Tahoe that I purchased and John Birgy took my call and was welcoming right away. By the time I got there he had already pulled the vehicle around and texted me to provide his direct contact info. He was very open, friendly and personable. Once I moved to the financial part of the process, it went very smooth. Savonte Biddle was also friendly, personable and straight forward which is appreciated. I was able to get an even lower rate than what was originally quoted. He gave me options of an extended warranty which is something that I was planning to add afterwards. I was able to walk out or should I say, drive out (in just a few hours) in my Tahoe which is what I had been wanting for a while but thought it was out of reach. This dealer had the right price and other options I was looking for. The two individuals I dealt with made it that much better. As soon as I sat down with them, I was very comfortable. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend.

We had an 11/10 sales rep. We talked to them the day before we were going to come in - they had options in front of us that were all in our range and very appealing. We quickly narrowed it down to one that we liked A LOT and our rep worked with us to make a deal that was economically viable for us. Couldn't be happier with this facility. I'm very pleased with Bailey (serv. adviser) it seems to me that he goes into an extreme to get any situation resolved! Helpful, Knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to understand. My vehicle was at your dealership for over a month and he would explain to me the status of the repair and offered to return the vehicle to us while parts ordered arrived to bring it back, however I asked him to keep it until it was repaired... hat's off for Bailey... that's the kind of service is needed on all dealership service department.

During my initial visit I had inquired about certain feature availability (USB-C) and could not get the information. I was originally turned off by my initial visit but had incredible follow up from the assistant sales manager Tom. 10 out of 10 with Tom whom understood what I wanted. Follow up with the original sales man was done due to scheduling conflicts. Unfortunately getting everything finalized took a bit due to an earlier appointment running over. All in all it was not the best experience but I really appreciated the attention while finalizing everything. You can tell that the dealership is still under repair / take over. The dealership is clean but still lacks the personal style of the dealer experience.

After going through several dealerships with a terrible credit score and refuses everywhere these salesman here came through with flying colors! Received a nice vehicle with a warranty! We had a great experience with Cody when my daughter surprised me by buying me a car. And he helped make it happen! He was so awesome and shared great customer service. He also puts $15 of gas in the car because he said it was none in there. He wiped it down and Lysol it for us before we left. We bought the car as is and he was kind enough to check the fluids. The car was a '07, but it had no rust stains on it. It was very clean on the inside and out. Drove really smooth and only had 100,000 miles on it. Only paid $3,000 and that was everything included.

Top notch staff at this Waterford dealership! Not only does the entire staff care about their customers in every aspect they are all extremely knowledgeable on their product. The used car department stocks a wide range of used cars from Mitsubishi to Ford and Chevy to Mercedes they have it all. Give them a chance to earn your business and you will not be disappointed. The dealership also has gone through a nice remodel since Suburban Ford occupied it and even more renovations are in the works.

What made my experience a good one, would be Jarred, my salesman. He worked with me for almost 2 days before I made the drive in from Ohio. The car was as described, and even when a delay occured while wrapping up the paperwork and I ended up being there allittle longer than planned....Jarred made good on a promise and took care of me in the end. Love my chrysler 300!

Got a good deal to get my beloved car, and I will stay on those full coverage insurance, and keep car note paid every month till it is paid off in 2028! I also got my Oil Change and other fluids , checked and corrected!
