Credit Union ONE Highland Rd, Waterford Twp

I’ve come 3 times over the last month during business hours and they’re always closed for one reason or another. They don’t keep the website up to date with closures. So, I called and asked and got a rude comment “all our offices are open”. I explained why I was checking if they’re open and got the same rude response. So I went and only drive through is open. I had some loose coins to deposit. They said they don’t accept loose coins and I’d have to wrap. So, they tried sending back & couldn’t. Even though I had everything in a bag and it would take literally one minute for them to wrap, they refused and even argued with me about it. When I was a bank teller I would have totally taken the 1 minute to do that for a customer, especially when there was no line. Then, it took the teller 10 minutes to count the other cash and deposit it. How long does it take to count money? And the other tellers were all laughing at me when I asked if they can take the 1-2 minutes instead of arguing with. Not just bad customer service here but downright awful. I will be closing my account after these experiences. Makes me sad because they used to be a good bank. I’ve been with them a long time. Now they don’t know what they’re doing and are soooo rude.

The staff here are completely incompetent how are you a bank but can't cash a check, can't give quarter's, can't help with a withdrawal. Such a waste of space Close it down and let someone else put a useful business here. If it allowed me to give 0 stars I would should have known better I mean look at their rating as it is reporting to BBB.

Everyone is polite and personable. Local credit union, so you need to live and/or work in Michigan to be able to bank here. Low rates on loans, which is great. They even work with a financial company to help you get back on your feet and out of debt. Only down side is the hours. 10am - 5pm Monday through Friday with no weekend hours provides very little flexibility on those wanting to get things done at the bank itself. Online seems to be intuitive and works well.

PISS POOR SERVICE. Waited on hold for over 45 minutes to have a payoff report sent to another bank because I sold a vehicle. Was told it could take up to 24 hours. 24 hours later, still no report!!! Had to call again to be told my request STILL was not processed!!! I find it hard to believe it takes 24-48 hours to fax a simple paper. This is something the local branch should be able to handle!!!! Ridiculous

They want to charge a fee if you dont wait untill thier banking hours to withdrae money that is already posted on your account very inconvenient for early morning people !! ime not ypur tomes

I used to really love CUONE but since they pandemic they're hardly open. I've been trying to change my name on my account for months now and they're never open or if they are they're drive thru only like this location. The next closest location is 25 minutes away! I'm not driving 25 minutes away because someone decided to close all the branches. It makes me so angry that I can't bank because their lack of appropriate hours.

CU1 closed my account, charged me fees, and sent the state all my remaining funds. They claim my account was inactive even though I was active through the website and paying my mortgage every month. All they had to do was contact me via email or phone contact me before charging me inactive fees and then allowing the state to take the funds.

Went through the drive thru atm and it reset and stole my card. The women working there would not help me retrieve it because I bank at a different credit union. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to get a new card from my credit union because their atm stole my card

my bank for 3yrs lost my id yest never was given back , doesnt help me now when u cant get a new one real easy all they can say is im sorry well let me take your id so u can endure the bs with no id now

I come here all the time to get quarters. And today y’all had no line and I can’t get quarters? Y’all don’t give out quarters no more ? Y’all are a BANK !
