Friendliest Pawn Shop I have ever been to!!! I have not been to a pawn shop in years until Mega Pawn recently on Dixie... Last ones I had been to were in Pontiac, National Pawn & whatever the other one is. Hands down this pawn shop is nice, clean and a good selection of products. Chad and the whole staff are super cool and will work with you on a pawn or purchase. I will recommend to all Mega Pawn in the near future and will be back hopefully on a purchase the next time. And just to add after reading some reviews they worked with me on picking up my generator even going thru the pandemic they extended my dates!!!

From walking in the door to leaving out i had a good experience. Chad was amazing from start to finish. He answered all of our questions without becoming irritated, he didn’t rush us and he also held a comical conversation. His customer service was impeccable and this makes me want to come back. I am African American and I went to buy a gun about a month ago. They started off nice and then progressively started to treat me like I was suspicious for no reason. They stalled me out until the police mysteriously showed up to talk to the manager and announce that he would be doing extra surveillance on the area. After that they allowed me to buy it. That officer wasn't seen at any other stores doing "surveillance" once we left. I wouldn't send anyone else here to be profiled. Unpleasant experience.

My fiancee and i were looking for a wedding ring and they had so many beautiful rings. The service was great we were accommodated by sales men named Chad. He was very nice and personally took care of our sizing of the ring himself.

Great service from the whole staff but especially Chad. I have both pawned and bought there. They are reasonable in negotiations. The 90 day pawn option is awesome instead of the 30 day pawn to buy that others offer. with that much time I was sure I didn't lose my stuff

OMG!!! A few months ago, I was on my way to California and needed some fast cash. I thought I would of been back within the 90 days to pick it up. Unfortunately, the time passed. I called and explain my circumstance/situation to the manager and he gave me an extension. Four months later, my jewelry was still here. These guys are professional and really know how to give that VIP customer service. Most importantly, they care about their customers. I highly recommended this place, they know how to make it happen. Maudy is my favorite though, his authentic style, swagger, and exceptional service makes you want to buy and come back. Thank you all immensely, for saving my sentimental jewelry and going above the call of duty. I’m forever grateful and appreciative. Merry Christmas 🎁 Cheers....

Hands down the best place around town to shop at. They have a good selection of both new and used items.Dont waste your time else where. Friendliest pawn shop I've ever been to. Chad is one of the best and least pushy but helpful salesman. Every time I go there (every other weekend)I end up buying something just to support them. Prices are reasonable and better than gun stores on new guns too.

I visit this store exclusively over every other pawn shop in the area, and I have done for years. The guys are all genuine and they deal fairly, their merchandise is fairly priced in most cases and the shop is organized intuitively for the customer. Rates are cheap for short terms loans so you can rely on them (if you have to) for money if you have something to pawn. Highly recommended! Irish sold me a nice guitar and an amp earlier today and I've been loving it.

I went into the store looking to buy a gun for self defense. I met Rob Garofalo. His knowledge was first rate. He didn't try to over sell me and worked with me on price. At the time the selection they had was pretty good. Rob made the sale and paperwork very easy. I would definitely shop there again. I noticed the shop had a good selection of tools too. I highly recommend you stop and talk to Rob if looking for a gun.

Walked in and asked for a tablet/iPad , it wasn’t just one but both employees and the manager turned and started searching(showing me/giving me prices) when I heard 300$ for one i almost died LOL. The manager (chad) asked my price range I told him and he didn’t just work with my small price range (in my personal opinion) but my daughter now has a brand new iPad. Moral of the story is I can’t thank them enough after 3 long days of searching thinking I’m gonna spend and arm and leg. Definitely worth 6 stars if I could give it to you guys! Bought my first firearm here on 3-3-2020 I was intimated at first since I didnt know what to buy or what I was looking for. One of the salespeople, Don, was a real help and had no problem showing me what he had. Very professional, nice and non-judgmental. I’ve bought several items from Megapawn including musical instruments and guns. I find the staff to be very helpful and fair. All my dealings were with salesman Don Parmer but all the staff seemed helpful and courteous. He was very professional and attentive. Definitely a five star experience.
