Direct Express Mastercard, is accepted here at the ATM for those on SSI or other Federal programs. One of my clients is disabled and this bank worked best for her financial needs.

Went to cash my irs refund check and the clerk right away said she cant. She told me to go elsewhere. I asked for a supervisor and instead of a supervisor, her co worker got into the conversation and said they can't cash it. They didnt even offer me to open an account, just wanted me to cash them elsewhere. I told them any bank in the US is allowed to cash them, but they said not theirs. I came to bank of america instead down the street and asked the lady at the door with a big smile she said yes and to get in line. Never going back to this place. Oh, and i didn't have a bank account with bank of america.

Don't bank here small town bank that has no problem taking your money and let me tell you shandra or whatever her name was was the ABSOLUTE RUDEST person I've ever hd the dismay of speaking with AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COST!!!!!!!
