We had a horrendous experience closing escrow on our recent home with Home Mortgage Alliance Corporation (HMAC). It seems as the though the loan agents trained with this company are trained to create fallacies and complete false hope for their clients. We were promised a turnaround time of 7-10 business days to close on our home being that we already had a conventional loan process almost 30 days completed with another lender and at the last minute we decided to go with HMAC...big mistake! Not only did we not close in within 10 business days, every day that went past that point, the agent we worked with (Corvin Walker) kept making open-ended promises he did not intend to keep. We kept having to add another day, then another day, and another day at our hotel nearby (we were literally without a home for 6 weeks). As of right now, we are still owed a reimbursement for an appraisal that was done last minute in order to close on our home, and we have yet to hear back from anyone from this quote on quote, professional organization. We cannot wait to refinance with a different company within a few months!!

I can’t explain in words how much I love HMAC. The support is unmatched. I’ve worked at many companies but none have impressed me to the degree that HMAC has. This company has changed my entire life. I’m looking forward to many more years to come. If you’re on the ledge, think no more. This is definitely the place you would rather be. I honestly can’t imagine being anywhere else. HMAC is my family and I’m definitely at home.

This company is awesome. They provided a business model that allowed my business to flourish and exceed every expectation. I am in awe that I was able to find this sort of true partnership. I would recommend HMAC without hesitation.

This company is full of scammers. Not only do they rarely return your calls, but cannot give you direct answers regarding your interest rate and monthly payments. We ultimately decided to go with a different lender after their lack of communication with our insurance company, appraisal company and having us wait now 2 months to close on a home. All because they do not know what they are doing. The lender we were working with would have his phone turned off for days with excuses of he lost his phone or he was studying for his real estate license. Maybe focus on your job you have now!!! Kevin is a complete joke along with Corvin Walker. My realtor calls these guys the fake bank! Now that I’ve gone with a different lender they were able to slash my mortgage payment in half of what they guys were quoting! Complete scam artists!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Home Mortgage Alliance Corporation. I needed a preapproval to even begin looking at homes seriously and they provided me with one. My Loan Officer was very professional and took the time to guide me through the loan process. They made applying easy and I was able to share my information in a way that I felt confident was secure. I was especially pleased with the way that they worked with my realtor and appraisal and title companies to streamline the process and get my loan to close. If your in the market for a new home and need a mortgage, I recommend Home Mortgage Alliance Corporation because they do one thing mortgage lending and they do it well.

Writing on behalf of a family member. Her loan was not properly closed when it was transferred and now it shows as if she has 2 loans against the same property. She has been calling your company for over a week as she is trying to refinance. She needs help ASAP.

Good luck trying to contact them. No one will answer the phone.
