Avoid at all costs. They emailed me a $250,000 pre-approval and 4% quote. They told me "well, you weren't really pre-approved" and then offered me a $200,000 loan, that I would pay back on a weekly basis over 15 months for $254,000. Plug this into any loan calculator and you will see that this is an effective rate of 38% (10x what they initially quoted). They tried saying my rate was wrong and then that there isn't a rate at all. After the process started, I received 20 more emails from them soliciting my business with the 4% quote. Several of these were under different company URLs so I couldn't even tell that I was responding to their company again. I tried escalating to management as my account rep was very stubborn in denying the rate. We scheduled a call with his manager. The manager was late to the call, ended up interrupting me several times with a very rude tone, said "you're wrong about the rate" when I'm clearly not, and had zero interest in receiving feedback on my experience.

The harassment from this organization should be defined as criminal. I have asked numerous times to stop sending me emails. I have put them on a block list and each day it's the same person or a different person pitching credit deals, etc. We kindly, want you to stop this
