This place is trash and not legitimate. Misty is the only person you can speak to and is completely unprofessional. They have no website, don't respond to emails or phone calls and provide zero services for you. They also can't be located by BBB. Please never use this company

National Student Servicing helped with my income driven repayment plan, was paying 28 a month. Then, however when i tried to make a payment before tax time, no one has picked up the phone every time i called. The last 12 times or reached back to me. The late fee is 15 dollars, and they accumulated it to 800 dollars the 1st year i went through them. Didnt know and randomly received a call i was being taken to Collections. Skeeeeeeeeetch

Always there when you need them, very friendly and make the transaction quick and easy. So recommending "Student Commercial Loan Service" to all.

These people are the worst. I had a phone call with a guy, changed my mind the next day and tried to opt out of their services and they said I couldn’t unless I pay them $500 and have continued to bill me monthly to this day and have my account in collections even though they are not providing me any services.

I am so disappointed with this company. I believe I have been with them for about five years. I simply trusted them to complete the paperwork needed to ensure I was up to date on my student loan and had the best repayment plan. However, recently I have had issues communicating with them. Back in September I received an insufficient funds email. However, I had the money to pay the account so I tried contacting them via phone and email, but to no avail for over a week! I would even leave voicemails and never received a call back. Yet, I continued to receive the annoying insufficient funds emails. When I finally got hold of them by phone they gave a sorry apology and stated that I still had to pay their late fee according to their policy despite the fact that I had been trying to pay earlier! Afterwards, I learned from the representative that I had never been given the correct form in order to be on the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Plan. Yet, I stayed with them until recently when I continued to receive an email requesting my most recent documentation to recertify my Income Driven Repayment plan. I contacted them because they requested two types of documents, one of which I did not have. But they would not respond. So I sent the one type of document. Still no response. I then emailed an inquiry about the whole situation...no response. I then tried calling them twice and left a message and still no response. I couldn't take it anymore and proceeded to call FedLoan myself, changed my account information and will follow the steps I need to get recertified. So I was ready to cancel my membership with Student Servicing, but there's nothing online to do so. I tried calling them, expecting them not to answer as always, yet this time they answered. I requested my account be closed and they stated that I have to write a letter and mail it in so that my account can be closed. With their response time, that will take days! Nonetheless, I said, "Okay," and got off the phone. Less than 10 minutes later, I finally received an email response to my prior email apologizing for their delay and stating that they recognize my FSA account is blocked. So they were unable to respond to me in a timely manner until I called to state that I am leaving them. I will be sure to send my letter out today and block all payments to them

The worst company. I called several times, left messages no answers. Misty Mojarro was responsible for my account never call me back for renewal after 8 years paying a fee. Please stay away from this company.

I called multiple times during my time with them never a call back not even an email more recently I didn't get an answer after calling for 5 months when I was trying to resolve a matter finally heard back with a notice stating that my account was past due not good service

They literally just hang up on you when you call. Over and over again. A person picks up and then hangs up. Its been that way for days.
