I have had Nations Direct as my lender since we closed in 2019, we just refinanced with them. I want to give a great big THANK YOU to Jeanette Stone and Evan Watson for making our refinance process smooth and headache free. They were both there with quick responses to any questions that we had and they made sure that we understood the whole process as we went through it. Thanks Jeanette and Evan you are awesome!

My goodness, I am gushing with happiness and I'm not quite sure where to start... This is my 3rd loan with Nation's Direct. @ of the refi's were lead by Larry Courtney. Each time, he has communicated with me and helped guide me in my financing. His professionalism and attention in quick replies to my question has made the attentive part of this process so smooth. I've always felt like he and his team have my back. No empty promises and forthcoming at financing figures with an on time funding. I'm truly blessed and this is my preferred Lender! Nations Direct has been our lender since 2020. When we decided to do a refinance and cash out this summer, they gave us the best options and made the process to meet our goal a reality by keeping us in the loop every step of the way. We got what we wanted in the end and are appreciative of every thing NDM did to keep our business.

We received a email to see if we were eligible for a refi. From our first phone call with Jeannette Stone, the process was so smooth, comfortable and dare we say stress-free. She worked with us throughout the whole process. Even when there was a small bump in the road on our end, she came up with a several options for us to consider. She didnt give up on us. She kept it real! It was a pleasure to work with her and Nations Direct. We are happy with our outcome!

Terrible service and communication. I have a current loan with them and am getting a second home and thought to use the same lender. Worst idea--worked between two Erich Heldrich and Jeannette “Jay” Stone which was a setup for the perfect storm. What should've been an easy transaction turned into a nightmare. I went from having a pre-approval and being told I was good/the property was good to go, to me sending roughly $14,000 as an Earnest Money Deposit then the lender saying they can't do the loan because of the home condition!? Now I stand a chance of loosing my 14K deposit, They are the WORST and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

I have mixed reviews of this company, but they saved themselves from a bad review. I had Larry reach out to me about a refi. I was already thinking about that so I called him back and he got the ball rolling. He answered every question I had and was prompt about it. The rest of the staff that helped were also nice and prompt about answering questions. They have been my mortgage provider since 2015.

We purchase our home 7 years ago and every year for the past 7 years they have neglect to pay our property taxes on time, even though we have mail/faxed the tax bill several times throughout the year. These past two years our property is delinquent and have been paying more in penalties and late fees , which Nations Direct makes us pay, when it was the business negligence for not paying our taxes on time We definitely do not recommend this mortgage company.

Larry and Natalie with nations direct are awesome. They communicated very well and are very helpful. We were very happy with our mortgage company!!

I would like to extend my appreciation to Nations Direct Mortgage and especially Mr. Larry Courtney. I had a FHA loan and I was in need of refinancing out of the FHA loan and into a Conventional Loan. The refinance would save me over $700 a month and lower my interest rate. Mr. Courtney did his due diligent' s in reviewing my current loan and quickly started on the refi. Within a matter of three weeks, the loan was funded and closed. I am truly grateful for the professionalism and quick responses when I had questions. I will highly recommend Nations Direct Mortgage to those in need of expedient professional service.

I have been with Nations Direct for my Mortgage since 2017. I decided to refinance and was put in touch with Larry Courtney. From start to finished the entire process took about a month. They send a notary to my house to complete the closing and she was also great. I got my rate lowered a good amount as well. Great experience overall.

Hello, working with Jack Snyder and Kristen Tyrovalas was a great experience. They helped me through the refinance process with 2 homes. I then realized as you pay your mortgage on line, when they have that information, it's easy to then just revert to the auto pay system. They ask you a few questions online, and then walah it's done, you don't have to hand fill out that application they have.

Nations Direct was my original lender I decided to refi. Larry and his team are the best. Larry is detailed and always on time! Natalie was amazing. Nations Direct should know Larry and his team have elevated the customer service bar extremely high. Nation's Direct Senior Leadership team should acknowledge this team and ask them to share the best practices with the rest of the company.

This is the worst bank ever. First I try to get a modification with them all 2020 and 21 going back and forth submitting paperwork with no results. No help from them whats so ever. Since I couldn't do that they told me that they would force close my home. So I place my home for sale got a buyer in less than a month. Now they keep giving my escrow company the run around and we can't get a pay off. We were supposed to close last week and we couldn't because we are still waiting for a pay off. The customer service they have is no help. Rude as they can be. , specially in the pay off department I'm about to get me a lawyer. Don't Bother with this bank

Ray Nowden is a superstar! Not only is Ray knowledgeable, he is also very efficient in executing his duties. We were extremely impressed with his customer service, as Ray made us feel comfortable and at home. Speaking of customer service, I would be remiss not to mention Amin Bassili and how well he treated us. I usually don't give 5 stars, but these two deserve it! This is the worse company I have asked them for explanation on the escrow and also about removing the mortgage insurance on my FHA loan thru tell me it can’t be done. I don’t understand everyone I know that had a FHA loan they have been able to drop it after they been in the home for 2 to 5 years. They tell me I have to have it the 30 years of my loan. I ask them about helping fill out paper work for funding and they don’t know what I am taking about. There are so many people I have spoken with that there Mortgage companies have offered to help them with the. grants and do the process for them. Feel like this compay is the only one not willing to help there browsers out. I can’t get a straight answer on anything I ask about.

I've never done any business with this company however, I personally know the ceo - a prior business partner of mine. funny how things work out. Remember Tower Financial Group or was it Tower Financial Services?
