I'm not a paid representative of the company and just recently closed. I have to say that I simply didn't have the same experience described by some of the negative comments on this posting. Perhaps I was lucky in my Mortgage Advisor, but my experience was great. This was my first refi. Brad Cejka made our options very clear while also making sure we knew what the process was... from application to wire of the equity. All of this in the face of us being customers that had frequent changes and avenues that we contemplated. Brad continued to give us options, figures, and quick decisions...so that we knew what was possible. We greatly appreciate(d) that patience and guidance. I will also credit the support staff, Veronica Hall for follow up on questions, forms, and filling in any gaps. In a virtual business environment, they may be hundreds of miles away or next door...but from this customer's perspective, they functioned seamlessly and as a team. Well done, and we thank you!

5 stars rating for Blythe Cejka on Experience and understanding that everyone is not perfect. There were a few issues with my Divorce that held up The Refinance. Blythe was understanding and she helped me to get the issue Resolved. I would highly recommend her.

This was the worst experience with any loaner I’ve ever had. I didn’t realize professionalism consisted of profanity, belittlement, and hanging up on clients. Asking questions about what you’re paying for as a customer shouldn’t be a problem, and getting straight answers from a loan officer to answer those questions shouldn’t be a problem either. Brad Cejka claims to have 19 years experience, however, if this is how he’s been conducting business over the years then that says a lot about this company. Very disappointing.

Too bad I can't give negative stars. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Kaveh Noureh is the the biggest liar I've dealt with in the customer service industry. I was immediately approved for a home refinance upon application, but for 3 months I got excuse after excuse why we couldn't wrap it up. He clearly is incompetent. As is the rest of the staff, because I made repeated attempts to speak with a supervisor to no avail. I believe Kaveh is dead now though. Last time I spoke with him, he swore ON HIS LIFE that everything would be taken care of the following day. I haven't heard from him since.

Blythe was fantastic from start to finish. She was very responsive, answered all questions, and made the entire process easy to complete. The best loan experience I've ever had.

Every question and concern I had throughout the process was considered and addressed. I am an escrow officer who worked with Steve Crossman and his processor Gigi, both were on point with communication and we closed on time! Professional service throughout and Borrowers didn't have any surprises at the table, everything went as planned. Highly recommend!

I have worked with Blythe as well as Brad with Lenox and they do a fantastic job. Always up to have a conversation about the mortgage process, and level headed even when I was stressed. I always recommend them when speaking to others looking to Buy or refi, thank you both!

Like many lenders today Lenox misrepresents itself when they contacted me regarding the refi of my home. I won't go into detail because I've waisted enough time with this company. I'm only writing this review to hopefully save someone else the frustration of trying to do business with them!
