Heritage Bank of Nevada a division of Glacier Bank S Virginia St, Reno

I would like to say that I by far had an ok experience with this bank until somehow an automatic payment was set up for my account as soon as I learned of the issue I spoke to tele service then followed up next business day with bank branch went in filled a dispute but was told dispute was in my favor. First off how can you not stop payment after letting you know it was a mistake and my account was overdrawn because of it and you allowed an 1100 transaction go through and charging me overdraft fees and reoccurring fees as well I’m not banking here this is a scam to me and I’m not hearing this at all. Bad customer service period..

SHADY BANK. They tell you that you can opt out so your card won't work if you don't have the funds available. Be aware that this does not apply to recurring payments, which was not explained. I had TWO recurring payments so from their explanation, I should have 2 overdrafts...which is still not ok, but I would have let it go. I am looking at 4 overdrafts that they refuse to reverse. In other words, this bank has stolen $120 from me they refuse to return. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Been with Heritage pretty much from when they started. Always prompt and courteous treatment and responses. They are so unlike the “big” banks that they are almost the not-bank-bank.

The bank is beautiful on the outside and the staff is friendly on the inside. I've never had a bad experience. The services are good-I've watched them grow over the years and because of their steady building, I rate them five stars. Some banks start off gung-ho and peak in a few years, this one started very small and slowly--but consistently--grew up without peaking.

Our non-profit dental organization has been with Heritage for several years. As Operations Director, I work with Tom Keller at the Damonte branch, but frequent both the Virginia St. and 7th Street locations. Could not be happier with the service, professionalism, and friendliness.

Terrible customer service.. Keystone st., and virginia ave.. neither one no how to treat people.. truly debating closing both accounts there.. ⁰

Very Disappointing. After taking all of my personal information to set up an account. The lady on the phone decided to notify me that my addresses was not something they were comfortable with. The address was the first piece of information they took. Shame on me for providing my social security number with out asking more questions. I suggest obtaining a better system prior to obtaining all highly sensitive personal information. I would highly discourage anyone from calling, visiting, or ever doing business with Heritage Bank and all affiliates.

I discovered this bank because it's what my girl scout troop uses. And I love it! I love the individualized service and the way the tellers actually care about me and my troop and that we're successful. You should check them out if you haven't already. Plus there's a super cool lending library inside.

I've been with Heritage for over 17 years. Pretty sure I'm not their biggest depositor lol but the staff treats me like one every time I do business there. Courteous and professional as they come, try them if you need a bank. You won't regret it!

Friday 4:00pm, I am the only customer in bank, I was there to deposit a $15,000.00 check, but Melinda Carlson was too busy taking her break! Thankfully a nice teller did her job for her.
