Since Tayler did so well with my house, I listed an 11 unit mobile home park with her. This was a difficult sale because the mobiles were all 1964 models. She had it sold twice and the buyers backed out of escrow. She kept at it and got it sold and closed the third time for full asking price.

Just over one year ago I met with Pamela Stayden regarding a future home in Northwest Reno California. She was found through the Zillow website I was searching different homes in the area. Not being from Reno nor understanding all of the topography or weather and elevations she helped my wife and I find our dream home. From day one a friendly phone call and then multiple meeting set up with multiple new home and used home locations. Due to limited time we had to go to Reno, we met up with Charlene during weekends. She was highly organized, accomodating, and had our day planned out to allow us to see the homes we were interested in. She was very respectful of our time constraints and did not put any pressure on us; we felt extremely comfortable with her which made our visits to Nevada pleasurable, like a friend showing us around town. We began our search in the Reno area after an "epic" ski day at Squaw Valley following the Valentine's Day weekend. We met Pamela over the "Internet" by asking to view a specific property. Given our distance from the area we did everything by email, text, phone, and Facetime. Pamela showed us five properties via Facetime that fit our wish list. She guided us through the offer process and the eDoc requirements to bring the transaction to a close. In less than 60 days from our first contact we are now in our new "High Desert Retreat" in Cold Springs Valley. BTW, our first face to face meeting with Pamela was over a glass of champagne as we performed the walk-through the week before the closing.

You’re probably looking at this review because it’s the only 4 star review out of thousands. The reason all the real-estate reviews are weirdly 5 stars is they bribe customers with a nest door bell if you rate them 5 stars on everything. It seems to be common practice everywhere. A real review of these guys: they’re good but not out of this world great or anything. Maybe a little bit of delusions of grandeur but they have good customer service.
