They only buy and sell complete garbage that no one wants to buy. Try to come in with a few quality products to sell and they tell me no because these items don’t sell. Went around the shop to look at what they have and it’s all overpriced knock off cheap junk. No wonder the things you have don’t sell.

Super clean store. Very nice things on their shelves. Fantastic customer service, especially from the manager James. I got to come in and look at their selection of guitars because I’m a musician. It was fun to joke around and pick his brain about musical instruments and be able to test out what they had out on the sales floor. Possibly entertaining the staff and the customers with my playing I must say it’s hands down the most positive environment I’ve been in as far as pawn shops, most places wanna take your money and send ya out the door. Not this place. This place is beyond amazing! Thanks James! Can’t wait to come back and play more music in the store and probably buy a guitar!

Oh Yeah, well I tried to go back and now I'm 86'd from making a loan. Can only buy back my property now!!! What in the world! Angel is a terrible employee and harasass long time customers! This is terrible! Worst I've ever been treated in any business that I did Thousands in business with! Look at my records with you and before it was ez pawn! I have a perfect record in the $50k range at least!!! Unbeleivable! I'm telling everyone and I'm a professional musician and famous here!!!! Joe was so rude to me today, I want to throw up!!! Disgusted with your business!!!!

Excellent place to buy electronics, tools, & other hard to find items. More importantly, this store is operated by some of the nicest people you could hope for. My thanks goes out their Asst. Manager Joe Walsh. This guy was simply awesome! Offered his help the moment I walked in the door. The experience was made memorable by his Great sense of humor (could enjoy talking with him the rest of the day! Funny guy), patience, and all around comfortable person to do business with. Additionally, he knew EXACTLY how to protect an item left in his care. This helps immensely when getting a quick loan on a $15k video projector. Great location to buy from, But the BEST location to loan from. Especially if you need to do so without additional stress to your day! Thanks Joe!

Good place with great customer service. Have not been there in a while was pleasantly surprised to see Donny Carle was back behind the counter. Without a doubt one of the best sales reps I have ever met. Great character, funny, and super knowledgeable when it comes to jewelry and high end watches. Connie the manager and Donny worked with me to get just the right surprise gift, for my love, at a fabulous price. I would def recommend checking them out. Thanks you guys are awesome

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I bought a tablet from there on Friday. It worked for less than 2 days. They only give you 24 hours to bring it back. It won't charge or anything now. What a joke. Save your money and buy from somewhere else.

Great place with many rare items from time to time. Very helpful and respectful although an older white lady named nina can be dim witted and a pain sometimes. My favorite local pawn shop.

This is one of the best Pawn shops I've ever been to. There was especially a Very nice and enthusiastic Associate named Kevin who was very nice and Cheerful. I would recommend going to anyone looking for a gaming console or electronic's or fine jewelry. Good deals and good people!

The store on Glendale has made us feel like family when your in a tough financial spot and need to pawn the staff there has and is always loving helpful and gives us the most they can. We have felt with them for over 12 years or more and we have purchased several firearms and tools which made the layaway plan an easy way to shop. Keep up the great work Gabby and The entire crew we love ya.

The stock is widely varied but limited in amount. I feel it is due to the current crisis and the reluctance of individuals leaving to pawn items. The items available are of good quality and in good running order. The parking is plentiful with disabled spots near the entrance. The entry is large and can accommodate wheel chairs easily. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and available.

Fast, courteous and very fair prices. A younger gentleman helped me and my husband purchase an Apple device. We had little to no knowledge on which model was better and he helped guide us as to the best device for the best price. Will definitely make this my go to store.

Really great store fair and honest people definitely highly recommend if you’re in a tight situation or just looking for anything from guitars to fire arms. Don’t look anywhere else this is your place.

To me personally, customer service is a major factor in having an enjoyable visit anywhere. And the employees made me feel good from the moment i stepped in. I have always had a great experience with Metro pawn they give you top dollar and I have made some purchases from Metro pawn and I've never had a problem I am grateful that they're right around the corner, they're always there when I need them.

Connie is always the nicest! These people really help me out when I'm in a pinch and they really do take care of my property.

More than once they have gotten me out of a bond and no matter what they always try to help me out. Best pawn shop in reno and Best customer service. I went to the Metro Pawn Shop today looking for a newer Ps4 and got just what I was looking for, very affordable. I was greeted right when I walked in the door by Donny with such wonderful customer service, very on point!! He was very assistive to me the whole time I was there. I had a chance to speak with and meet some of his associates, whom were Kevin and his Manager Connie whom also were very welcoming with customer service, great attitude and personalities!! Excellent store and extremely great customer service! They staff is so friendly and helpful and always put a smile on my face when I go in to look for DVDs btw, $1 a DVD!!! I usually buy 15 at a time and they have a great selection to choose from! Not the latest titles but definitely some good classics!
