    I enjoyed the experience of buying a car here way more then anywhere in the past. It was refreshing not to have a pushy sales person. I also liked how they don’t have a mark up the price show is the price it is. The only thing I would have done differently is the rezistall. It seems like a overpriced wast of money. But overall I’m satisfied with my buying experience.

    My experience with Dolan Toyota was absolutely phenomenal! My salesperson Dani Ming was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was welcoming, considerate of what my needs were and worked well my time frame. She did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of and constantly reached out if I needed anything along the process. My finance guy Michael Parker was very informative, patient and thorough with the paperwork. I was referred by Kelsey Hicks to go through Dolan and I am so happy I did! The quality, service and kind staff made the perfect experience for me. I highly recommend anyone to go here for their car!

    I'm always impressed with Dolan Toyota's service department, and it's because of their people, like Service Specialist Michaela Gibbons, who was fantastic. She was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, I couldn't have been happier with her performance and the work they did on my truck.

    This was our 2nd car purchase from Dolan. The service is top notch. Waited about 7 months for the Tundra and Leo was great through the whole process. Once it came in he let me know and made everything very smooth and easy. Kris is Finance was great also. Would recommend Dolan to anybody buying a new vehicle. Thank you Leo, Kris and Dolan Toyota.

    The Dolan Auto team is awesome. They are always kind and professional, always run on the time schedule they lay out and sometimes are even faster! I got my 20,000 mile check up in less than 30 min!!! Taylor was my service specialist and she was terrific! 5 star performance!

    Hello, I purchased a vehicle I saved up for many months. It was purchased through Dolan Toyota/Lexus. I also purchased a warranty. 8months later and I am having serious problems, such as the vehicle is burning a lot of oil, the navigation screen doesn’t work, sometimes it even looses power steering and makes for an accident. I recently dropped it off at Audi Reno like Dolan told me to do and they didn’t. Repair anything, they blamed it on the warranty company and the sales department will not even return my voicemails. If it gets any worse I will have a vehicle that is unsafe. Tho is the vehicle I use to bring my kid to school and drive my elderly mother around in.

    Our experience at Dolan Toyota in Reno was fantastic! From being greeted at the door to the sales experience to the finance part of it. They were willing to give us the deal we wanted with out all the back and forth. Very friendly and professional as well! Treated us like family!     Thomas in the services department really went above and beyond to help me figure out the best course of action to take with my 2002 4Runner.     We bought a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid, the upgraded model XSE. We were disappointed to discover that the car did not come with any floor mats. Upon contacting the sales manager, he informed us that due to supply chain issues Toyota has been shipping some cars without floor mats. This problem is passed on to the consumer. It was disappointing that the dealership could not cut us a break on this and offer a solution. It is up to us to buy the floor mats for roughly $200. Aftermarket floor mats would be cheaper but unfortunately they do not fit well with the hybrid floor design and can pose a safety issue interfering with the gas pedal. In the interest of providing excellent customer service we had hoped Dolan would throw in some floor mats but no. ****Update: After posting this review I received a call from Jeremy the new car sales manager at Dolan. He said that Dolan would be providing the Toyota floor mats and cargo mat to us. He wanted to ensure we were satisfied customers and I have to say we are incredibly impressed with their responsiveness in resolving our issue. We greatly appreciate Jeremy's attention to the issue and commitment to great customer service. This small action goes a long way for repeat business and referrals. We are very satisfied with the service from Dolan.

    I just came in for routine maintenance but the staff was amazingly efficient and Madeleine kept me informed every step of the way. My car was ready earlier than expected even though they accommodated me not being able to kick it up until the next day. I love my Dolan Toyota family!!

    Dolan Toyota is consistently underwhelming in service. My service provider took my spouses keys off my car key chain & then neglected to tell me where he had put them. That has never happened before in the 5+ years I’ve used the dealer service department. I was also taken aback by the cashiers. The young lady handed me my paperwork and receipt but objected when I read through the service notes prior to signing, going to far as to say “you don’t need to read any of that it’s in your packet”. While I understand I have a copy I still like to make sure the service I’m paying for is what I get prior to handing over money. My spouse has experienced similar issues and as a result we will be taking our business to a different Toyota dealership for service.

    Went in for an oil change and to have them check out an issue with the front end. Had an appointment at 730am. 8 hours and $349 later I left with a estimate of $11,000 and a flat tire. They obviously did not work on it when it went in. There is no point in making an appointment. I had to call 3 different times for updates they did not call me once. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t go to this place. Oh and I didn’t even get the “free” car wash.

    I went in just to look for cars. I didn’t know what I wanted but I found one that I really liked. I went to a different dealership but it wasn’t the same so I went back to Dolan, talked numbers with them and made it super easy. They also put no pressure on you but still show they care. I would 10/10 recommend them.

    The technician that took my vehicle at the beginning of my appointment seemed rushed and was quickly typing on his iPad everything I was telling him. I made sure to repeat my concerns as in the past Dolan has a history of not looking at what I’ve asked them to look at. I was told right then to expect my vehicle here until 5pm (it was 9:30) because one of the items they were fixing was a recall. I said it would have been helpful to know that when I made the appointment as I live in Tahoe and would’ve planned accordingly. That didn’t phase him. At 3:30 my husband asked how much longer for our car and was told they were just starting on it. So we sat there for 6 hours for what? What’s the point of bringing it in early or making an appointment?!! At 5pm a different technician than the one who checked me in says the car is ready and as expected they did not do all I asked. Flustered, this guy ( I wish I could remember his name) went above and beyond to get it done as correctly and quickly as possible. If it weren’t for him I would give a one star review. This kind of employee is hard to come by these days and we are grateful we had him after such a long and frustrating day. Dolan needs to make sure that everyone is on the same page. This happens every time I’m there. Maybe a second person goes over our concerns after we check in? I don’t know, but they need to figure it out. I only go to the dealership because I have to (recall) not because it’s the best choice.

    I live 2 hours away from the dealership so planned my trip and I filled out my online form that had everything I wanted done. Factory mileage service, some other items I wanted work done on, an inspection for my cosmetic tires plus warranty coverage, and a complimentary car wash. Sounds nice yeah. Except I got there and everything was thrown out the door, they kept asking what I was in for, I explained it to several representatives. So they took my car for a few hours. Did my factory mileage service, disregarded everything else I came in for. Overcharged me for basically an oil change and tire rotation(expected from dealership). Didn't wash the car, tried to send me away without addressing the items covered in the warranty that I specifically came in for. I had to call the rep back to look over it all again with me before the appointment was over, which ended up to be pretty tough to look for the chips in the windshield when it was not cleaned, and scratches/small dents (remember I drove 2 hrs there so it was dirty) .. etc.. it felt like they were trying everything to get out of having to address helping me with this. So they took photos of what I asked for and said they would send it along and get back to me. Over a month goes by, not a word. I start calling, they will only let me speak with that representative from before. They avoid my calls for more than a week, telling the reception that they will call me back by end of the day. Finally after calling multiple times over different weeks, their supervisor had to speak to them and I got a text from the representative. They hadn't done a single thing over that month. They were sitting on my case hoping I wouldn't follow up. So a month and a half later they finally (lets hope they did what they said this time) put in my request. Still waiting to hear back but after I get this sorted out with them I will be going to another Toyota dealership for future services. I would not recommend Dolan Toyota after my experience.

    I had another outstanding service experience at Dolan Toyota. Easy to schedule the appointment. Friendly and professional service tech met me when I arrived, explained what was being done today and how long it would take. He soon also texted me to let me know I could ask any questions I might have. Also called to let me know my car was ready. Getting my car was prompt (2 minutes) and everyone was friendly. i Thank you to Osiel, my service tech, for making my visit so enjoyable

    These folks were awesome! We went in for a malfunctioning headlight. When I called to make the appointment they let me know right away what to expect cost-wise to fix it. When we got there, they discovered that the light was just not seated correctly (user error) and proceeded to change all of the little lightbulbs, a headlight bulb, and fixed a recall that I didn’t know I had. When they came out to give me my keys there was no charge! They fixed it all for me for free! In addition this place has an awesome waiting area, the staff are friendly, and the shuttle is there to take you anywhere you need to go. The had us in and out pretty quickly for how busy they were! Great place, we will be back!

    Had them work on my daughters 1999 4runner after attempts by another non-dealer mechanic did not fix the issue. Jordan was in constant communication with my husband and I (we are in Vegas). They fixed the car quickly and offered to give my daughter a ride to come pick up the car. A+ for customer service. Thank you Dolan Toyota. 10 out of 10!

    Went in for my 10K service. Was told by both the scheduler (when I made appt) and by person checking me in that it would take 60-90 minutes. It ended up taking 3 hrs. Service manager was attentive at the end when he saw how unhappy I was - he stated these services “always take about 3 hrs”. Why don’t they tell that to other employees? I would have made very different plans if I’d known that important detail.

    Absolutely terrible service. First off, the person who sold me the car initially did not make the details of my new car purchase clear. I was under the impression I was customizing my truck. I was not. After getting a call my car had arrived 2 months early, and I had 48 hours to pick it up, I had to hurry to change my plans in order to get the truck. After purchasing my car and additional accessories and warranties it's been 2.5 weeks and multiple phone calls I have not got all call back from the service center. I'm very disappointed with this experience and will go to Roseville for my next purchase. Hopefully this review will light a fire to give me a call back.

    Well, one would think that these guys would have all the information they need for a pertucular customer ready when one shows up for a scheduled appointment on time. The service people are generally very friendly though. Never had a bad person to person experience there. That being said, Dolan Toyota needs to put up some tables or benches for customers who prefer to be outdoors as there's usually a lot of people waiting around outside.

    I stopped going to this dealership for service because of their long waits and pricey mark-ups. I chose a more trustworthy dealership. During this visit, I felt demeaned, infuriated and taken advantage of. I am replacing my tires so I declined the rotation and balance. I paid $80 for fluid and car inspection?! Only to be told they didn’t do a service so they wouldn’t turn off the service light! This ‘sales-man’ didn’t even give my car the complementary car wash! He proceeded to make up things about what I said and assuming I didn’t have time! His ‘manager’ attempted to paint me in a negative racial description ie: THE ANGRY BLACK WOMAN! It wasn’t til the service manager cane out and said ‘No problem. We can reset your service light’. After a 20 minute disagreement and being berated. I will NEVER visit Dolan Toyota again!

    My recent visit with Toyota I was disappointed with the service. I brought my truck in due to issues with the calibration of my windshield camera. They held on to my truck for two days and said that the issues would be resolved. When I picked up the truck all of the codes were cleared and set so it looked like the issues with my truck were resolved. No one said any issues were still occurring. 10 miles down the road all of the lights were back on and not a thing had been done to resolve the issues with my truck. They were dishonest about the work done on the truck and were unable to fix the sensor issue, but still charged me $400 for the time spend on the truck.

    Make an appointment for my 35k service and a Recall Service. Request for my service log book to be filled out since several of them were not filled out. Also, was asked if I wanted a car wash, I said yes to it. Left my truck there the whole day...plenty of time to get all that done, but none of it was done. I am honestly not even sure if the 35k and the recall was done, but I can't prove it.

    The service department is awesome, very easy to get done what is needed, met me at my vehicle answered all question and very nice and profesional car was done on time with a complementary car wash, very satisfied.. the sales side on the other hand, I ended up buying my car somewhere else because of the run a round. The sales department called me siad they have the car I'm looking for. I drove 80 miles to see it and test drive to find out it was already sold a month ago. Then they proceeded to try and sell me cars I was not looking for... 😒. But the service department was amazing...

    I took my Highlander Hybrid in for an oil change and tire rotation. Got great service from all involved in the process. A tech even took time to discuss the hybrid battery and special cables to use for jumping. Dolan even ordered an Uber on them for the roundtrip. The only thing that I was not happy about was it took over 4 hrs. It also took over twenty minutes when I went to pick up the car. My file wasn't "closed out" and the gals in customer service were not very helpful. One seemed quite bored with no sense of urgency to correct the problem.     This last Friday (9/24/2021 @2pm) , I brought my 2014 Tundra to Dolan Toytota for engine oil/filter change, front/rear differential oil change, and transfer case oil change and air filter change. ($592 total). I thought this was a good idea since I now have 94,000 miles on this truck. Got it home okay but quickly noticed was leaking oil like crazy! I then climbed down and looked under the engine and lots of engine oil everywhere. I then noticed that they didnt bother to attach the skid plate back to the undercarriage as it now missing 3 of the 5 screws that attach it. Removal of this plate is necssary to replace the engine oil filter but they just didn't bother to put the parts back. I would think that the technician noticed some extra parts lying on his toolbox after working on my truck....who knows? I am sure he has excuses what ever the case. This is the second time I've had an issue with Dolan Service Dept as the last time they didn't bother to tighten the drain plug and leaked all over my new driveway. NEVER EVER again will Dolan Toyota do work on any of my vehicles. Thanks, Dolan... BTW, this is probably the only non-fake review posted here. More importantly, you have to wonder why you don’t see any “Owner” response like you see with the fake postings.weird huh?

    I can't believe the price-gouging on their services, like $50 to purchase and install a cabin air filter. Make sure you read the service recommendations and labor prices before approving. I'm glad I did. Took me two minutes to remove old air filter and install a new one! And,, let's not forget the nearly 3-hour wait for a simple service and tire rotation!

    I really enjoyed my interactions with the employees including Andrew our mechanic. I felt confident that he was going to do a great job. He came across (which I believe he is) as knowledgeable, and methodical. In March 2022 I brought my 06 Rav 4 into the dealership because it was not turning on. No power at all and it wound up being the ECU. When we towed the car in we made it super clear we wanted EVERYTHING broken fixed. Our words were, “Go over with a fine tooth comb and fix everything that is wrong. Make it one hundred percent solid again.” My former step father wanted to pay to make my car reliable and safe for my three year old son and I after the loss of my sons father, my husband. Things had fallen apart and I felt defeated trying to pick up on the man duties he had fulfilled. This was a huge blessing, but the mechanics unfortunately did not meet the call to action. They did what they had to to get it running. Changed the ecu. When I got it back my right front tire felt like it was wobbling off, and the tire pressure light was still on my dash. There was a horrible sound coming from it after driving home but I didn’t know why. I believed I just didn’t remember how it felt to drive a car from 2006. It took me a week to realize they didn’t clip the skid plate back up. The plastics were literally dragging on the ground. They were damaged and I had to crawl under my car a few times every day to push the plastics up. Make them overlap and not drag on the ground. My alternator died in May. I don’t believe this issue could have been prevented from the March experience. However, when I told Andrew about the skid plates, noises and wobble from right front tire, and tire pressure light he said, “well clip the skid plate back up.” Which they did. That was all though.. No apology or acknowledging my frustrations. Someone could have offered me a snickers or something to make me feel like they cared!? They said they’d do another diagnostic for $75 on the dash light after replacing alternator and I had paid for the diagnostic on that too… Totaled $1500. In total I have a receipt from March for $4,309.58 followed by May 1515.52. That equals $5,825.10. I also have damage to my vehicle which makes it look like I have been hitting things with my car regularly. My car drives worse, makes odd noises from right front tire, still has light on, and the scrapes would make a potential buyer think I am negligent. I hoped they were going to make it right in some way. Literally could have offered me coffee, an apology, tried to get me into a new car or SOMETHING. I liked all of the employees and understand that we go through things that make it hard to give our full attention at work. I don’t feel like Andrew is a bad mechanic as he got my car running. I feel bad saying anything because looking in his eyes I felt he was dealing with something internally. I tried again and again but they didn’t give the attention I needed them to give my car. I wish them nothing but the best, and hope this is a fluke experience.

    Christian fully explained everything to me and kept his word when he said he'd call me when my car was done. He even asked the service guys to wash my car for me (every time I visit the service center, I have to ask for a wash myself as it doesn't get done unless you ask).

    I am not happy at all with the service at Dolan Toyota. They charged almost $200 for an oil change and when we pointed out that they only charged us $90 the time before they host told us that was a mistake. They gave no explanation for why the condition of my brakes went from yellow to green to red over the course of 3 services. The only positive thing is that my dirty car was washed before it was returned to me. I am not actually confident that they have any clue what they are doing. I will not be going there again.

    This was my first time buying a used truck from a dealership. Cesar in sales was very low pressure and easy to work with. I had a few concerns with the truck that he addressed before I took the vehicle home, but I got the impression there wasn't much he could do price-wise. Unfortunately the part where you say, "I want this truck, get me out of here," is just as slow and painful as usual. The finance manager was pleasant but also asked me about the extended warranty no less than three times. I understand his motivations, but it was a bit much. I was also annoyed that he went on a credit-running spree with a bank I didn't approve of. Looking back, buying used even with excellent credit is a pain and I should've financed myself BEFORE walking in. (-1 star here) After owning the truck for three months, I came in for warranty repairs and routine service. I was admittedly annoyed when I received a post-inspection service email saying I needed new front brakes/rotors. As the truck was a certified pre-owned, Toyota promises that my truck received an inspection prior to sale and had marked the brakes green/good on a 3-rating scale. There was no way I ground the brakes down from good to shot in 3 months. My service writer, BJ, was extremely polite, understanding, and transparent. In the end I only paid for my original oil change and the brakes were taken care of without charge. BJ really saved the day for me and reduced the otherwise stressful experience. On my next service date, I will be asking for him directly.

    Service department said service was done, had to take vehicle back in because they forgot to replace a filter. That took another hour. After it was all done they put the wrong service reminder on the windshield. Not sure it’s worth the pre paid maintenance.

    Had the car all day for a diagnostic and to fix a recall. Took the entire day. Also diagnostics could not determine anything and another computer system had to be ordered for 1600. Seems insane that a three year old Highlander would need a new computer system. The entire experience was frustrating.

    We are a Toyota family, own a 2021 Tacoma (bought at Dolan), 2019 CHR (bought at Dolan) and a 2021 Rav4 and before these cars, a 2016 Highlander (bought at Dolan), a 2017 Tacoma (bought at Dolan) and 2005 Tacoma....however, recently we are VERY unhappy with the repair service department and overall service at Reno NV Toyota Dealership. We are having problems with the Rav4's A/C...it is working intermittently and Reno Toyota has had the car 3 times and claim they can not find anything wrong with it (even when taken in this last time a Toyota employee felt that the A/C was not working)..now they want to return the car to us UNFIXED and have us video record the a/c not working but with the green light on to send to Toyota Corporation for proof of the problem. How is a video going to show that the a/c isn't working? Mind you this car was purchased in Aug 2021. First time taken into Toyota for this complaint was around Oct 2021. Seriously thinking we won't be buying Toyota anymore!

    I purchased my car at Reno Toyota and have been having them service my car for years now. They guarantee their work and the staff is friendly. Good location. I appreciate my free car washes. Crystal and Logan were very helpful and knowledgeable and personable. My Cabin filter was due for a change at 90,000 miles. She said it was in the yellow and didn’t need to be replaced at this time. I really appreciated their honesty. Also she honored the quote on my wheel alignment. Every little bit helps these days and I feel like I’m in good hands!

    This review deals particularly with the sales & finance department, I've yet to deal with their device department. With sales, I had Nate Pecson helping me out. I was in the market for a Lunar Rock 4Runner, and obviously I did some research on my own and checked other dealerships, so I was relieved to find out that Dolan was selling it at MSRP for the Pro. They put me on the wait list, and Nate was super accessible whether it be calling or texting me to keep me updated. He was super patient even though I kept bugging me about when my vehicle would arrive. They also gave me a good trade-in value for my Honda, which was actually even higher than what the Honda dealership was willing to give me since I had even looked at trading it in at Bill Pierce Honda. When doing the financing part, I had Michael Parker who was super easy to work with, and made everything smooth. He was patient in explaining all the dealer add-ons, what it covered, and helped me get a good interest rate almost 1% lower than what my credit union approved me for. He also hooked it up with some options I added, but I also liked how he didn't pressure me into buying things when I wasn't interested. That's how it should be every time people buy cars. One thing that also stood out was when he saw my occupation, thanked me for helping the community, and just acknowledged what I do. That was beyond expectations. One random fun fact, I had also ran into Gordon Ryan at the airport, who flew from NY just to buy his Tacoma TRD Pro here at Dolan Reno, which also speaks volumes for people traveling this far to buy vehicles. Overall, in terms of sales & financing, I would do business here again as my time was not wasted, Dolan's friendly staff, customer service, communication & brand reliability.     I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium Edition from Matt Float. Matt was very professional and courteous. He was not pushy and provided a pleasant purchasing experience. On March 16, 2022, I had my vehicle serviced at Dolan and requested a copy of my maintenance service contract so I could determine how many services were remaining. I asked the service writer for a copy and was told I had to contact a finance rep. I emailed the finance department for a copy and to date, have received no word from the dealership.

    Took my car in for service without an appointment and I was accommodated without any issues. The service advisor was very helpful and friendly as well as the staff that greet you when you first drive in. I've taken my car there for many many years since 2006 and I do trust their work. I've had a couple challenges but most of the time it's been pretty good. Although sometimes I feel their prices are a we bit too high.

    My experience Was beyond phenomenal I walked in I was greeted by Oscar and I was helped out with my current needs. I told him I wanted an economic car something nice and something that was affordable.     I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Dolan Toyota. Brandon was very welcoming and showed me several models of the vehicle I was looking to purchase. He provided great service and reserved a new vehicle for me with the trim I wanted. Kris also helped me review options for financing and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Zac was amazing and explained everything in my contract. He also reviewed options for an extended warranty and I appreciated his service.     I dropped my 4Runner off at 10am and dint get my car back till 12:30 because the person working with me had to take her lunch. Is there not another person available to release my car to me? It was Christmas Eve, I had things to do. Then I was getting in the car to leave and notice my windshield wipers weren't on the invoice and I had asked them at the time of scheduling and drop off to get my wipers changed. They offered to keep it and get them changed but at that point I had to leave. The people were very nice as always, but my experience this time was less than acceptable.

    What is the value of convenience, quality work, and integrity from a customer service rep? I had gathered quotes from around town on the work my vehicle needed. Dolan was on the high end but still in the ballpark. I chose to do the work at Dolan for three reasons? Firstly, their parts are genuine Toyota parts and can be trusted. I wouldn't know the quality of the parts being used at the other garages. Secondly, Dolan offers complimentary Uber service to & from their location. I could return to work and not have to wait around. They also offer a complimentary car wash. Thirdly, the Dolan customer service rep was absolutely first-class. Erica was patient with my questions, and kind with my anxieties. She explained my options but never applied the "sales pressure". She respected my choices. So, while Dolan's quote was on the high side what is the value of convenience, quality work, and integrity from a customer service rep?

    I wouldnt use this service department if I didn't have to. My car sat in service for almost 3 months. Keep in mind I've only owned the vehicle for about 4 1/2 months. This was the second time I took it in for service to last time it took about 2 weeks and they claimed they fixed the problem by changing the battery. Not even a week later the engine light came back on for the same code. I dont think they actually looked into the problem, that they just cleared the code. They refuse to work on anything that's not a Toyota even though they sell other makes. I have to call over and ove from an update on my vehicle and when I do they say only one person knows what's going on with my car and they're almost always on lunch. When I do get an update it's days later and all I get is we don't know when it'll be done we're waiting on parts. I have stargard on the car and saw that it hasn't been moved or turned on in over 60 days while it was in service so my car was just sitting there the whole time. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they did give me a rental in the meantime even though it was hard for me to get in and out of being a paraplegic. I hope you guys get more mechanics who are willing to work on other makes and I hope you guys communicate more next time because monthly updates isnt alright.

    Came in for a new car after getting rear ended, dreading higher prices and fearing gouging as shown by some other dealers. Doug was efficient and helpful with us. Able to answer our questions and he got the measuring tape to see if the sheet of plywood would fit. Walked us boomers through the technology with our cell phones and was very patient with our questions. Love our new highlander!

    Very happy with our experience here! Leo was awesome! Immediately, he made sure we had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle we’ve been eyeing, and then helped us get started on all of the dreaded paperwork. Everything was very transparent. My first vehicle I got was from Lithia Hyundai and I knew almost nothing about financing (safe to say I got immensely ripped off). I didn’t even know there were 2 accidents reported on the car until I traded it in with Dolan. Additionally, while Lithia had me focused on the monthly payments, Leo made sure I knew exactly what the total price of the vehicle included and didn’t push me into additional options I didn’t want. It was extremely quick but he made sure we understood every detail about the deal. I’m not sure what her name was, but they also have an Allstate insurance agent at the dealership & she was equally as amazing! I was prompted to write this review because we got a handwritten thank you letter in the mail from the Dolan team that really tied the loose ends for how great our experience was. Definitely will recommend Leo & the rest of Dolan Toyota to other family & friends:)

    We went in to get a new key FOB and get it programmed, pretty straight forward request. The service department brought to our attention a safety recall that needed to be done and offered to take care of it on the same trip. What we thought would take all days turned out to be just a few hours. Emily from the service department kept us updated and brought in a service manager to answer questions she was not able to answer. Very professional service and a well equipped customer waiting area.

    2019 Tacoma off road with 28k miles shakes violently on the freeway. Went through a set of tires at 20k. New set has 8k and are wearing quickly. Was told the tires were out of balance. Balanced tires and was told it drives “as designed”. Shaking is still occurring on freeways Had to call an assistant manager to get the truck back in because the service advisor disappeared even though he told me they’d reimburse the cost of balance if that didn’t fix the issue. Truck is back in the shop. After 24 hours they said they couldn’t replicate the problem. Must have spoken to 10 people about this over 8 months. No help at all and I’m out a brand new truck until it gets fixed. ***Update 9/16/2021*** Dolan requested I drove their mechanic to show them the problem.     Had them work on my daughters 1999 4runner after attempts by another non-dealer mechanic did not fix the issue. Jordan was in constant communication with my husband and I (we are in Vegas).     Dolan Toyota is consistently underwhelming in service. My service provider took my spouses keys off my car key chain & then neglected to tell me where he had put them. That has never happened before in the 5+ years I’ve used the dealer service department. I was also taken aback by the cashiers. The young lady handed me my paperwork and receipt but objected when I read through the service notes prior to signing, going to far as to say “you don’t need to read any of that it’s in your packet”. While I understand I have a copy I still like to make sure the service I’m paying for is what I get prior to handing over money. My spouse has experienced similar issues and as a result we will be taking our business to a different Toyota dealership for service.

    I just went in for one of my free oil maintenance services. I live about an hour and 15min from them so it's not like just going down the street to your local dealership. As I enjoyed my Sonic burger in their very nice lobby area I noticed that everyone was very nice and polite, both Dolan employees and customers. Something I definitely haven't experienced at any other dealership except 1. They completed my vehicle in under the time they promised. I had some questions about my car while I waited and the gentleman that helped was very knowledgeable and quick to answer all my concerns. Madeline was the one I mainly had contact with during my cars service and she was very prompt and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for myself and my vehicle. I will definitely be going to this dealer from now on.

    Overall great experience. Diagnosed issue with rusted wire at wheel speed sensor. Part on back order. After leaving another warning light came on. They had me come right back next day and comp’ed a rental car. New light also related to wheel speed sensor. Just waiting on part. Communication was excellent. Customer service was excellent.

    I enjoyed the experience of buying a car here way more then anywhere in the past. It was refreshing not to have a pushy sales person. I also liked how they don’t have a mark up the price show is the price it is. The only thing I would have done differently is the rezistall. It seems like a overpriced wast of money.     I love Reno Toyota and I'm always treated well. But this time they dropped the ball. I took my car in for a Airbag Recall. I got there at 9:30 AM. I waited for my car all day. At 2:00 PM they said it would only be another 15 minutes. Great! Then an hour later at 3:00 PM I was told that they didn't have the right Airbag for my car in stock! What? Didn't they know that they didn't have the right part for my car as soon as I brought it in? I should have been told about it by 10:00 AM, not 3:00 PM! I still will always take my Toyota to them for service but this time they let me down.

    I have an older Tacoma 2wd access cab 170k miles. I knew it require a good deal of work. Logan was great. He explained what the process would be for the diagnostic. After diagnosing the problems he he walked me through in what order repairs could be done. I felt they understood my situation.. They took care of me.

    I was quickly contacted by Taylor, upon arriving at Dolan Toyota for vehicle service. Taylor told me the service would take about an hour and a half to two hours. She contacted me after an hour and a half letting me know the vehicle was ready and no issues were found that needed further work. The Toyota was washed and waiting in the vehicle exit area. A great experience and I will return to Dolan Toyota for the next service..

    Can't be trusted. I brought my car in for maintenance. The advisor assured me that the "Multi-Point Inspection" was completed. But was it? As I'm driving away my wife is following me and tells me that the rear left brake light is out. I try go back immediately but the service department is now closed. I try to call but all the service advisors are off-duty. I manage to get through to the operator who assures me that someone will call me the next day. 3 days later and no one has called me. Obviously the "Multi-Point Inspection" was not done, otherwise the mechanic would have caught the brake light being out. Did they check ANYTHING? Did they actually do the work they charged me for? Doubtful. This business can't be trusted to actually do the work that they are charging you for. If you have any sense you'll take your car somewhere else for service.

    Honestly, I appreciate the fact that Dolan Toyota “worked” on my car, and did not charge me, even though the check engine light appeared about a month and a half after purchased. But my problem here with Toyota is that they are very very bad at returning AND answering customer phone calls. I received my car back from Toyota about 3 days ago and 2 days ago I left a detailed voicemail (because my call was not answered) stating to please call me to talk about the condition that my car is still in after being fixed. I still have not yet received a simple phone call back, but was text today about leaving a review. So this is my unsatisfactory review, because my customer service has not yet been completed. And no afford has been made to do so.

    Drawn out process in purchasing vehicle. If it's your first time purchasing or you're not familiar with the process I wouldn't recommend. I was also told some fees would be refunded for the failure in communication on their part, but that never happened. First time buying experience and I wish it would've been more positive.

    Well Matt was professional and courteous. My 2020 Tundra was taken care of by the service department in a timely manner. Afterwards though I went to the sales department and found no one to speak with about my interest in a couple of Tacomas. I seen a few people standing inside around what seemed to be a sales desk but no one offered to help me.......it's okay there's other dealerships around. Sales gets 0 stars!

    I want to thank Reno Toyota for troubleshooting an engine check light and looking over the car for other issues. The charges to fix issues was super outrageous.     I went in to Dolan Toyota to decide if I wanted to trade in my Durango for a Rav4. It was a hard choice because my Durango was the best vehicle I’d ever had. I met with a Salesperson named Jordan who explain everything about the Rav4’s, along with personal experiences and gave me fair trade-in value to the Durango. I waited a month for the Rav4 TRD Off Road addition to arrive. Although it was a little different than my Rango, I was able to test drive it and find that it was a good vehicle for my family of 5, with the benefit of being more fuel efficient. After all was said an done, we got a really great deal and have been adding miles to the Rav for the last 2 weeks. I definitely recommend speaking with Jordan if you are looking to change your daily driver.

    No one notified me when my car was done so I sat for longer than I had to. I was there all day so I was pretty annoyed and then when I got my car back I found out the washed it and I specifically told them not to wash it because it leaks causing damage to the car.

    Traded in a car when I purchased a vehicle here. They told me they would take the roof basket and snow tires off for me and I could come pick them up the next day. When I contacted them to come pick up the basket and tires they told me they didn't know where my old car was and they didn't have anything for me, so I lost about $1200. Absolutely will never buy a vehicle here again. UPDATE: Started having driveline issues with the truck I purchased from them. First, they wouldn't even diagnose the problem because they told me it was definitely due to an aftermarket part I had installed. I took the truck to another garage and they determined the problem was in the rear differential, and even contacted Dolan on my behalf to communicate the need for a replacement under warranty. Dolan had me bring the truck in again and told me they would need to diagnose it themselves anyway, and then refused to diagnose it AGAIN because of the aftermarket parts that had nothing to do with the problem. Worst dealership/service center I've EVER dealt with and I encourage everyone to avoid them at ALL COSTS.

    A required maintenance notice I received from corporate Toyota was not performed after I provided the notice and required sticker to be affixed to the battery after inspection by the dealership. 3 service techs were not aware of this. I believed they would inquire what was to be done since they were unaware of this requirement. Only when I found this same corporate notice 2 days later on the passenger seat did I know this had not been completed.

    I wouldn’t recommend putting down a cash deposit for a incoming vehicle at this location. I spoke with a online rep on a Friday who assured me a car was not reserved after I requested they double check since I know things can get double reserved due to mismanagement, they told me the car hadn’t gone through processing yet and that they would let me know asap so I could come down and buy it. I gave them the $$ and didn’t hear back the for weekend, which was to be expected. Following up Monday another online rep informed me the car has ‘just’ came off the truck from processing and was ready to be seen that evening. I made an appointment and was actively driving the my to my appointment. Their manager then called me and told me the car had already been reserved by someone else and had sold earlier that day. Nothing but a hollow apology and a ‘this happens all the time’. Without offering me a refund, only that I can be next in line with no assurance that this wouldn’t happen again. Just want to spread awareness not to trust a dealership with deposits unless it is in writing the vin#. Lesson learned on my part.

    We made an appointment to have our 1st 5000 mile service on our 2022 Highlander, there was also an issue with a vibration in the overhead console, it took a few days to find the vibration problem and they forgot to perform the 5k service. We needed our car so we passed on the service and took it home. I personally did the the required items for the 5k service , rotated the tires, checked the fluids and multi-point inspection. I hope when it's time for the 10k service it will be performed as advertised.

    Dolan Toyota is a great place to buy a vehicle. This was my second one in three years I traded my truck in for a Toyota corolla LE and I like it very much Jamel who is my salesman he was wonderful he put up with me for over a week I couldn’t decide which vehicle I wanted. The staff at Dolan Toyota was very upbeat and happy. It’s very nice to go into an establishment and have everybody in such a good mood it makes the transaction go very smooth. I have a few wrinkles to iron out but hopefully they will go smoothly without a hitch other than that I would recommend Dolan Toyota to anyone that wants to buy a vehicle.UPDATE The used car sales manager Waylon has gone up and beyond his duties to make sure that the wrinkles have been ironed out and he has done a remarkable job so if you ever have any problems make sure you deal with Waylon (the used car manager) he will straighten things out in a heartbeat you will be impressed with him. He gets the job done right the first time round you don’t get the run around for weeks at a time. Way to go Waylon. Thank you Dolan Toyota

    This place is really bad compared to the Toyota in Las Vegas. No one seems to want to help and everyone is cranky. Would recommend going to the Carson dealership for sales and service.

Oscar, our sales person, was very informative and guided us through the myriad of options and features that we found extremely helpful. Kudos also to Alexia, who provided a 45 min. one on one training on the various in-cabin panels. Never had this service before but a great idea!!!

    I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and Dolan was one of the worst experiences I've had. First, they acted like they didn't trust me the whole time. I had to keep verifying my identity. Giving them my social, drivers license, and then an irritating facial recognition app, that wasn't working. I was in the dealership for 5 hours, just to close the deal. A horrible experience I wouldn't want to repeat ever again. You would think they would treat their customers more like people instead of ex convicts. Especially when the customer is paying the exorbitant prices these days. I won't deal with dolan again.

    The install and ordering the part were great. The only problem was they said it was a couple of weeks for the part to come in. Not a problem because I know these days it’s hard to predict. I called a month later and it wasn’t in and the parts department said they would call. A month later I call again and the part was in. I never got a call . Otherwise everything was good.

    I had a really great experience at Dolan Toyota. I reached out and made an appointment to test drive a used car. Austin greeted me immediately upon arrival. The car was out front ready to go. I was able to take the car out for as long as I needed. I then test drive two other cars before deciding. Austin was patient and very helpful. The buying process was easy. I would definitely go back here to purchase another car. It is so nice to deal with car salesmen and finance managers that work off salary.

    I was treated well, respectfully, but I am a little upset finding out when I went to a car wash, my windshield is cracked, I told my salesman I wanted all wheel drive and, I said it usually says it on the outside of the car, he says it is inside, so now I'm confused, I was told I would get a second key and it was paid for, given a piece of paper, I have to call and go down to Toyota, I didn't have any problems with my last car I bought there, now we will see. No key yet.

    I've had good experiences with getting my car serviced at Dolan. The waiting room is well kept and the staff act professionally and talk me through the service options. I usually like to do most of my basic maintenance like brakes, filters, geasing and oil, but plan on keeping up with the 15k major services here even after it's paid off.

    I had a confirmed appointment for a test drive in a 2022 RAV4. I arrive on time and ask for the sales person, Brandon, that texted me to confirm the appointment. He says please wait out front while he locates the vehicle for the test drive. After waiting for nearly 15-minutes I go back inside and find the sales person at his desk working with a couple and going over documents with them. I ask him what about my test drive and he says they are still trying to locate the vehicle. Then he tells me to go look at a couple used RAV4’s that are available. I repeat that I requested and got a confirmation for a test drive for a new 2022 Toyota. He just shrugs his shoulders and says we can’t locate the new RAV4. Total incompetence and no respect for customers.

    This dealership is amazing. We bought a car from them and a strange noise was coming from the front end. A washer was misplaced on the struts, causing the noise. The best customer service you could ever ask for. We previously had a bad experience at Carson Toyota and was hesitant to try Dolan at first. So glad we did, I would recommend them to anyone. Jesse was awesome and kept us informed every step of the way.

    My vehicle had a repair done for some rodent damage on wires. Had to leave over night because the technician wanted to make sure he did an outstanding repair. Picked up vehicle following morning. Toyota employee, tried to sell me on other “recommendations “ that were NOT needed for this repair. When I left there, had another mechanic, not from the Toyota service center, look at the work. The repair was done poorly. Plastic covering on wires that were just taped together was not reapplied. Very sloppy job! This is the second time that I feel I was taken advantage of by this service center. I do NOT recommend going here
