My family has been with the Dixon Powers location of the Henrico Federal Credit Union for over 10 years, and we have had nothing but great experiences. Kim has been our go-to person for our loans and accounts for most if not all of that time, and she's the best. When my daughter was scammed a few years back, Kim helped her work through that issue, and took the edge off that stressful event. The Credit Union really is a community focused establishment, and the people there care about you.

I generally use the drive through and every time I've gone its been a pleasant and usually quick experience. They have also been able to answer most questions.
